I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Burns Florist. Krista was so accommodating (my wedding was Mother’s Day weekend and I know she was swamped)! She was so sweet and took all of my direction to heart. Her and her team made the most BEAUTIFUL bouquets for me and my bridesmaids. I will 100% use her services again and would recommend her to anyone. She was so easy going and reliable, two things I love. I am SO HAPPY I chose Burns for my wedding. She exceeded my expectations!

A shout-​out for their incredible customer service — I notified them today at 10:00 am PST to see if they could stop a delivery scheduled for today as I found out my friend, who’s 50^th birthday I was honoring, was traveling; Krista Kaplan (owner) got back to me within 10 minutes and had the order cancelled and waiting on new instructions for me … talk about great service!!! And, best of all, my friend gets fresh flowers when she is back in town! THANK YOU Krista Linkogle-​Kaplan and Burns Flowers!!!

Couldn’t get together with my daughter on her birthday, so I decided at the last minute to send her flowers at her workplace. I picked Burn’s Florist off the Unilocal!page because of the good reviews, and I couldn’t be happier!
Krista was warm and understanding and helpful. I told her that my daughter has allergies so to be sure to NOT include any heavily scented flowers; also told her a little about my daughter’s «style’ — no baby’s breath, fluffy flowers or pink and purple and blue girlie colors. Krista totally understood. The cost was reasonable, and she didn’t even charge me for delivery as my daughter’s workplace was right around the corner from the flower shop!
My daughter sent me a «thank you» message within 2 hours. And a picture too. The arrangement was perfect… modern, clean, non-​traditional. This was a great experience.

We have been patron’s of Burn’s for 50 years but it has been so much more rewarding since Krista took over. Her creativity and friendly staff are outstanding. My children have a MFC competition (Mother’s Favorite Child) and my son in Alaska won hands down this Mother’s Day with the most beautiful arrangement from Burns.

Owner Krista Kaplan championed a number of unusual challenges when she took on this large and elegant Nob Hill wedding ceremony, reception, and dance. For one thing her clients wanted «Cole Porter» style flowers and arrangements and she was barraged with their research, a zillion images, and even a long list of flowers and composition styles they called «Not’s». Krista rose and embraced this challenge throughout the design process and was always open, astute, patient, and accommodating. Also complicating the project as did venturing into the past for floral design were the late-​decided and complex floor plan specs for three large lobbies, a ceremony hall, a large banquet room, two bars, two lounges, two piano tops, and a dance hall. The floor plans had a confusing (and changing) panoply of tables and other surfaces to adorn and to coordinate with the décor designer’s elaborate, eclectic tablescapes evocative of a «Cole Porter elegant speakeasy but loosened up». Krista got it and was fantastic to work with – competent, calm, flexible, and fully enfranchised in the cause.
On top of her consistent professionalism and competence, Krista became my fairy god-​sister in spirit, too. As commonly happens during the final weeks before «curtain» when the production machine of a large-​scale wedding cranks into high gear, the devil is in the myriad details of coordination. In this particular instance unexpected monkey wrenches came into play when a «Month Of» coordinator came aboard. Krista, wise and poised to «expect the unexpected», helped me tremendously to get through some stormy weather as would a sagacious dear friend. I am ever grateful to her and to her staff not only for their very beautiful floral arrangements and their especially hard work, but for the steadfast commitment to my cause and the compassionate support – well beyond the call of florists’ professional duties – that they gave me.
By all reports not only the bridal couple and the guests but even the on-​site staff and the photographer were dazzled by the work product – thank you!!!

We just received a Mothers Day bouquet from Burns and it was the nicest wire delivery I’ve ever seen. Absolutely beautiful!!!
