What can I say? The store was busy and thete were little girls taking apart earrings while their moms shopped and the one Associate was stuck on register frustrated but trying to keep a smile on her face. A+ for effort. The product is not always well made. You have to be careful with what you buy.

My daughter just got her ears pierced. It went smoothly, even when she cried at the unexpected pain. The ear piercer was friendly, patient, and finished the job even when my daughter wasn’t sure she wanted her other ear pierced. I know people say don’t go to Claire’s for ear piercing, but I’ve been going for the last 20 years to this very specific location for piercings with no problems.

Too bad that the clerks are too busy chatting with their friends to help a customer. There is a ton of teeny bits of inventory that my granddaughters love but it is difficult to navigate without help. After I signaled over and over to the clerk for help, she gave me a few seconds of her time, then went back to chat again with her friend and didn’t notice I was waiting. I walked out and went elsewhere near this Northgate Mall store to make my purchases. I won’t go back. Are these clerks trained or managed?

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced a few days ago. The girls were so friendly and helpful. Even though my daughter cried and backed out twice, they remained patient and understanding. Will definitely return when she is truly ready for piercing.

I am nine years old, and all of my friends love Claire’s. And I bought a Best friend necklace and it broke.
I believe that there necklaces are cheap.
So don’t buy one, or be very very careful about it.

I usually would never review Claire’s but when I took my daughter to get her ear’s pierced, the girl who did it was amazing to do my babies ears!
