Love this store! Don’t leave without checking out their clearance section. Staff is friendly. Store is clean. Great place for random goodies– earrings, headbands, bracelets, etc.

My first experience at Tillys was Awful! No customer service, and a lazy manager. No greeting, No help. I bought nothing. Months later I tried Tillys for shorts, once again no help, I had to chase down a employee that was doing nothing, to try on shorts. After 10 min of trying to find help with dressing rooms I bought them… Once I washed them the rivets came out immediately… there was no way I was going to return them to such a non-customer based store. I tried shopping at Tillys once more looking for a few birthday gifts a few days back(hoping the management had changed so I felt welcome shopping) This time I was met by a young managent member, I was taking a pict of the window mainly to see if my friend liked the displays for her and her husband. She Did. The face of your company management boy, or acting like management boy met me outside the store aggressively badgering me about taking photos of the store from the outside) he was very close to my personal space, close enough to clearly smell his non maintained breath. I started to walk in to shop, and he stood in front of the door arms crossed, and still super close to my face. At this time I asked if the store had hats like I was wearing, he said yes,(arms still crossed like a bouncer and guarding the door) I asked him to show me where they were, he walled me over to the section like a 2 year old having a fit. I Liked about 7 of the hats, at this time I wondered why I would spend my money at a store that has the worst customer service management team. Meaning that was the attitude of the store. My Fiancée finally met up with me and asked if I liked any hats, I responded«No, This guy helping me is an Ass».(excuse the language, but I was talking to my Fiancée) I’m a complete shopaholic, Had The Tillys Management(or boy acting like management) had been educated in customer service. I would have found everything I was looking for, and I could have made a huge sale. Sadly I have now realized I can not shop at Tilly’s ever again. I wish I felt welcome to shop. Your store has great choices, especially having 5 Godkids to constantly shop for. I left Tilly’s empty-handed.I did find everything I was looking for in 3 other stores. The bill came to about $ 700. When added together. Hope this helps people to understand that when shopping this store don’t have any expectations of help, or feeling welcome.

I went here once and haven’t been back since. It sucked the people that were in the store walking on the floor were nice offered to help and everything. When I was all done and found things I wanted to buy I went to the counter to pay it was a old guy there I thought he would ring my stuff up but told me i had to wait. I was the only person in the store. That was annoying and the selection sucked.
