Formaggio

Formaggio comes to my business lot every Thursday and they’re food is so delicious! They have generous portions and great prices for any meal choice.
All grilled cheese are crispy, very large and come with a side salad with yummy balsamic dressing and dill pickle. I’ve had tomato and butternut squash soups and both are flavorful and a perfect match for the grilled cheese. The Sweet Kale Salad is absolutely amazing and very filling if you don’t want a sandwich.
On the rare occasion they have jars of their delicious Bacon Jam available, I managed to snag a bottle of the savory (not spicy) jam and it is AMAZING with anything you put it on or a spoonful on it’s own. I recommend them for private events and if you ever see them around town. So good!

I reached out to Formaggio before a work event to inquire about their services. They were always extremely prompt with responses and gave me all the information I needed. They even worked with us so that we could set a limit on how much money we were spending for the event. We also selected our own smaller menu from their wonderful larger menu. They showed up early for the event which is always nice because they did not need any assistance or supervision, they just did their thing.
Our customer’s were extremely happy with the quality and taste of the food. Our menu featured their Three Cheese Grilled Cheese, Ultimate Grilled Cheese, Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese and the Chicken, Havarti and Apricot Jam Grilled Cheese. The pulled pork was my favorite!
The wait for each order was a little long but they made it work by having guests place orders then go back to the party and they would come into the party to alert guests when their food was ready. That was really helpful and didn’t lead to too many people waiting around for food.
Overall, I would definitely hire them for another event and would recommend them to others.

They came to our offices for our May Day celebration. The wait was a lil long (30 min), but I think that was because people from the surrounding buildings came to eat lunch in our lot.
I got a sriracha corn chicken sammish and it was super yummy.
The bread wasn’t super crunchy (I hate losing half my mouth) that I couldn’t bite it and it was spicy and gooey (melts cheese in a good way).
It came with a side salad and a pickle (pickle I could do without) which I nom nom’d away.
I would hit them up again if they were around
