Great Clips

This place has come back from what I saw was some bad management. The manager gave my son a really nice cut, and Rosie gave me a nice trim correcting some problems from a recent cut at another place. Thank you for the professionalism and nice job. I’ll be back. :)

If I could give negative stars, I would. Wort haircut ever. I specifically said to the woman to keep it long, and not take much off. Well, needless to say she took off almost all of my hair. Never going back!

I only go here because of Tai and Trung. They are awesome and consistent. I have been going to them for the past 2 years and always receive a great haircut from these two gentlemen. They know the current style trends and are always very friendly.

Just had to walk out. Poorly managed. I walked in off the street two people in the chair in front of me when they were done they took people that came in after me because they had phone then checked in online and there were three employees working with only one cutting hair while I was waiting to get my hair cut the line went from just me to 8 people.

I am really disappointed with this Great Clips location. I think the person who cut my hairs name was Ashley. Not only was she very unfriendly she also gave me a terrible haircut. She was seemed like she was just very disinterested in being there. She rushed trough the cut, didn’t listen, and honestly just didn’t seem liked she took pride in what she was doing. I couldn’t get out of the chair and out of their fast enough. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Really depends on who you get. I have been taking my son here for haircuts. The first was fine, the second was great and both of those were done by friendly stylists who put a shy child at ease. They I had the last stylist and I do not think she likes kids, or her job, or she was having a bad day. She made no effort to be friendly and gave him an atrocious too short haircut. It will grow out and I am not overly picky, but the experience should not be so difficult. I had my hair cut there as well and it was not great, but okay. It really depends on which stylist you get. I will not be bringing my son back — guess I will pay the extra for a kids hair cutting place in the future.

Very impolite. I got there 15 minutes before they closed and had an online checkin. They just said in the most brusque way that they were done working for the day. So unprofessional.

WORST HAIRCUT EVER.
I have used this location for about two years. The employee turnover seemed to have increased and now I don’t recognize any of the haircutters working there.
I told the young and distracted gal I wanted just a trim, she gave me the shortest and worst haircut I have ever had. Just incredible. I will never return to this place, just too inconsistent.

It’s been forever since I’ve been able to get a hair cut. After work I went to one place and they closed up on me. Too bad that company made them close up so quick. Well I found Great Clips and drive over. Got a little lost and called the store, Trung helped me out and stayed on the phone until I found the place. I was able to jump right into the chair and I got a great cut or a Great Clip. (I had to pun it up there) It was a quick cut with a good conversation. I will more than likely be back for another cut soon. Thanks again to Trung for all his help.

Depending on what stylist you get, this place is either excellent for the price or so abysmal you’ll be tempted to walk (quickly) away without paying.
Whatever you do, don’t let Amy (the older lady) cut your hair. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. The cut I picked out was symmetrical with lots of layers. At first she just took some length off, leaving the hair blunt cut and much too thick; when I asked for more layers she took a massive chunk out of the left side and then asked if I wanted it any shorter. I was afraid to let her destroy it any further so I left that day with ridiculously uneven looking hair; she made a SHELF… not LAYERS. This was not a one time thing, either, as a friend of mine had the same experience; she cut one side of his hair shorter than the other.
Megan, on the other hand, is much more skilled. She gave me the ‘do I wanted with no fuss– which is as it should be; the haircut I like is very simple after all.
They don’t do reservations, only walk-​ins. The wait isn’t usually too bad, though.

Have taken my two daughters here. It’s close! And great at having appointments on the fly. Good work done for both girls. The nearest Barber has been sick and is having shorter hours if any. Took my 22year old son to Roosters on the 27^th August, according to my son it was empty when he went for his appointment. Cost $ 25.00.
Will tell him about Great Clips for next time.

Wasted my time! I called and asked for pricing information. I explained I needed it washed, cut and flat ironed and was told it would be $ 25 total. I even repeated myself to the gentlemen and he assured me that this was the total. I drove all the way down only to then be told that it would be $ 49. This is truly unacceptable. Wasted my gas and my time!

Dropped in and had a shampoo & blow dry with Trung. I live out of the area and had time to kill, I get this done often but his skills were exceptional! No wait, good conversation and fabulous hair!

After a couple of years of trying to make this place work because it is just so convenient, my family and I are done coming to this place. The work here is very inconsistent, even with the same stylist and relatively simple cuts from visit to visit. Also, they REALLY do not seem to like cutting small children’s hair.
Prices are up about 30% or more in a couple of years. Part of the plan I think when you open a chain store like this one. Anyway, it has hit a level where all the issues vs. the price + tips (whey deserved) don’t make sense anymore. If they were consistent, good and actually seemed to care what they do it wouldn’t be over priced. But, relative to what you get, it no longer something I could recommend.

Great job on my hair! I went in the day before Valentine’s Day, and everyone and their mom was getting their hair done. I got a great haircut for very little cost!

Ive been coming here for a while and have had a good experience for the most part. Only once did I have a cut that I returned for them to fix. The girl who had originally done the job had just been let go, but they were perfectly happy to fix it the way I wanted to at no cost. Marina and Nikita have both done a great job for me. And I always use the online check in, and so seldom do I wait very long. Overall a great place.

Ever have a day when you look in the mirror and say «that’s it, I can’t go another day like this?» We all have them. I got off work, looked quickly at Unilocal and walked into Great Clips. Nikita was immediately available. I had a good base cut and just needed a 1.5 off the ends. She did a great job. Sweet personality, no crazy hairdresser drama. ¹⁄₃ what I usually pay. New fan here.

Jessica is the best. Keeps my long locks flowing. In fact I think I will get my haircut tomorrow!
And let’s not forget, this is a service industry so tip appropriately. I can’t tell you how many times I have witnessed the person in front of me pay for the haircut and take the change and put it in their wallet. Tipping is for service oriented jobs. People tip valets so tip your hair stylist!
EDIT* Went to get my haircut recently and found that my hairstylist Jessica now works at ULTA in Petaluma.
While I am sure you can get a good cut here still, I am following my hairstylist because she is that talented!

Fast and efficient. If there is a wait it pays to wait in the store. They will take you ahead of someone else who is stepped out. So, my 45 min wait was just 20 seconds because everyone ahead of me had stepped out. Cool.
Haircut was good. I look just like George Clooney now. Best part was that my wife got groceries next door while I was getting the buzz.
