FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

If I could give the zero stars I would. Can I give it a –5 star? My husband has had to use this place for business printing needs and the customer service is simply awful. Other customers in line were exasperated about missed delivery deadlines etc. Not a good way to run a business like this. Not good for the FedEx reputation!

This place is horrible! The people who work there are stupid jerks. I will never go there again. I can get better service at the Post Office. UPS is much better and it is right across the street.

Do not use this Fed EX Kinko’s. The Manager goes by the book and NO customer service. I purchased a $ 5.00 box to send an item to Costa Rica. After exploring all the red tape to get the item for repair back to Costa Rica, the manager happily check the rules for sending this package and even more happily explained the rules to me. I choose not to send with FedEx. When I wanted to return the $ 5.00 box which I purchased yesterday and that agent was working, she the manager, would not give me my $ 5.00 back unless I had a receipt. Really. No customer service. Stay away from this place unless you want to go to a place that is run by a Hitler/​Nazi like management. This is the worst FEDEX Kinkos in Marin.

I’ve only ever used this place for picking up Fedex packages, so that’s all I can speak on. Easy in, easy out. They verify ID, I get my packages, so I’m happy. Early morning open and late close hours make this place convenient.

Good prices for international shipping but poor service. Lots of people behind the counter but took 20 minutes for service with no one in line. Go to the San Rafael office for faster service

Scanning documents to PDFs for 50 cents a page? Outrageously expensive, and can’t do it ourselves. From now on, I’m choosing locally owned copy centers for a reasonably priced alternative.

I have to laugh, several of the positive reviews — the four stars etc — mentioned it they didn’t feel rushed and it was a nice friendly environment. They didn’t feel rushed probably because they were being ignored which is almost nicest thing I could happen to you in this place!
I have had unfortunately been required to utilize this location several times and there is not one time where the staff wasn’t indifferent, unhelpful, or just plain unfriendly.
It’s a «oh, what do you want» attitude
I use FedEx religiously, however I will never go back to this place again.
This location is five minutes from my house, but I literally drive to the Petaluma or San Rafael FedEx office, where they are friendly and helpful! And I feel my business is truly appreciated.
I should note that I don’t do any printing, just packaging and shipping, however the nightmare I’ve had with those tasks, I can only imagine how getting to help you with printing would be!
My advice, if you have to do anything other than drop off something that’s ready to ship, go to a different location.

Yeah… This place is a joke. I came in to get a seating chart printed for my wedding. I was really clear about what I needed, and paid an extra $ 30 to have it mounted on foam board. I show up 2 hours after it was supposed to be ready and guess what?!? It’s not mounted, and the 1 inch bleed around the border is not trimmed off — which is basic for any printing service. So the kid goes to mount and trim my seating chart and wouldn’t you know it… Rips the whole side of it with the box cutter! And, the best part, they are out of the matte paper, but promise to call me tomorrow (today) to let me know when my replacement is ready. WHAT A F’ing JOKE! No phone call, no apology, and 3 days out from my wedding I have no seating chart. Please please please go elsewhere. This place does not deserve your business!!!

I use this location primary for uploading documents online and printing them here on nice paper. I do this frequently for my job, as we send out marketing materials to various donors/​supporters, and really appreciate this service for making that happen.
Prices are what they are– never felt expensive. I like how there’s a window when my documents will be ready, and so far, they always have been. You can pay online and have someone just swoop up the finished documents, which is convenient for me.
I wish they printed photos, but the Walgreens in the same mall will do prints. So when I do both, I just park in the middle. Easy. Done.

More often than not, I leave this location frustrated. There is often breakdown of their consumer use machines and lack of support to help with these breakdowns.
They are slow and unmotivated when it comes to helping with tips and providing supplies like extra paper.
If you need to copy some photos DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. There have been numerous times when their (slow working) consumer photo machines have been out of paper and the staff has been unable to say when they will be getting more photo paper in. There have also been numerous times when the machines have been out of order.
The staff also appear bored and uninterested when you ask for help.
I do not usually leave Unilocal reviews, but I have been disappointed with this location so often that I believe it is time that this bad service be addressed.

Great store, nice staff. They didn’t rush me and the store had supplies and was clean. I received some help on my project. Good selection too!

If you would like to experience some of the worst service anywhere, then spend time standing in front of the counter here. Watch the staff work and never acknowledge your presence. Keep standing and waiting… and waiting.

They offer a full range of service so it’s a great one stop shop. The only problem is there is never enough staff. I have never been there and not stood in a line. Sometimes, I’ll stand in a line and when I finally get to the front, they just give me a form to fill out and go to the next customer. Wish I could’ve gotten that form earlier.

This place and its staff are very ‘meh. Terra Linda seems to be the source of all mediocrity and The Fed Ex is no exception. If you’re shipping a package beware — if the box has even the slIghtest amount of give (as in, when they push on it) they’ll feed you a line about it possibly tearing open in transit and the contents being lost. «We”ll have to label it ‘not suitable for shipping’ and waive all responsibility for it arriving at its destination of course we’ll be happy to put some extra packing filler in it instead for only $ 5 a box»! What a scam tactic to extort customers. I have heard them give this exact line to many people, you come in to drop off your prepaid package and be on your way but surprise… not until you cough up another $ 5, or take your chances with it being «lost”/stolen, or drive home and repack it!
They also seem to have quite a few disputes with customers over their printing services. One man complaing they didn’t reduce his documents as requested, another man complaing that his images were cropped, a couple upset that something to do wIth their wedding wasn’t ready on time… you can tell I’ve spent waaay to much time standing in line over here. I need to try UPS across the street.

If I could give less than one star I would. First off, the computer didn’t work (which is also connected to the scanner), every time I went to turn on the computer it would automatically turn off. I am unsure how many times you have to ask for help from the woman at the counter (she is in her mid-​forties with dark curly hair). She was too busy gossiping with her friend to pay attention to her paying customers. I am very surprised with the sheer lack of customer service and complete disrespect she had, seemed like any customer who needed anything was an inconvenience for her. All I had was the simple task of printing and scanning and I was unable to do so. I Left the store paying ten dollars in charges and nothing to show for it. I will never go back here and I will make sure to let everyone know how horrible their customer service is.

Its as bad as the other reviews said… employees act like you’re a ghost… not even an acknowledgement you’re there. When you do finally get ‘helped’, they are so slow that you just want to leave and forget the whole thing. Every single time I’ve been here in the past years, its the same. But my hands are tied because this is the only fedex location around. Ship with the UPS store in Bön Air center instead, those guys are MUCH more helpful and faster (and not brain dead like this location’s employees). Whomever is managing this fedex store deserves to be fired.

Cynthia is a one woman wonder at this FedEx location. She and her co-​worker, Joyce, I think, are the best. So many cranky busy people come in and Cynthia can calm an angry tiger, I swear. If she puts up with my crankiness, lets give her many stars in her crown.
Oh, shes British, an artist, the manager and one day, I am going to take her out for tea. She is the best. Oh, FYI Cynthia, my artwork made it ! In fine shape. THANKS!

I’d give give stars but the prices at all FedEx Office are a bit high… You can do better online.
But… If you need it NOW, this is a great place :)

This is how I imagine interviews for jobs at Kinko’s go:
Interviewer: «So, can you completely avoid eye contact with customers and pretend to be busy when they approach you?»
Interviewee: «Yeah.»
Interviewer: «And are you comfortable with receiving no training at all so when a machine breaks you won’t know how to fix it, and when a customer asks a question, you won’t know the answer?»
Interviewee: «Yeah.»
Interviewer: «Great, you’re hired! Go forth and be useless.»
Most Kinko’s locations are bad, but this one is, hands-​down, the worst. The photo printing kiosks are always broken and the employees are a waste of space.

This is the absolute worst Kinkos/​FedEx office with whom I have ever done business. The staff there is rude and unknowledgeable of what they do and the company’s policies.
I have walked in on numerous occassions and literally stood at the front counter for 10 minutes before anyone asked if they could help me (and this was when there was no line whatsoever).
I will never go back to this location. It is a very convenient location but I will drive as far as I need to in order to find a different branch office.
Absolutely terrible.
