I love this place! Been going here for a while and I just love everyone here. I take Sue’s 6am class and I love it because I am an early bird so if your an early bird who likes to work out early it’s a great fit! Mindful offers two 6am class and a 7am class. Angie and Sue both begin class with a mellow and relaxing warmup and then gently bring it to us in the workout and I always leave feeling like I got a great workout! I definitely recommend this place for your Pilates experience!

I am very new to pilates, so to say the least I was pretty intimidated. I came to Angie with a pretty severe back injury post surgery. She is a very patient and kind teacher. She has taught me so much already in the few short months I have been at her studio. The changes in my body and strength are amazing. I never thought I would see a difference so quickly. Come take a look at a great Pilates studio!

After scouring Pilates studios in the east bay and Marin, I landed at Mind Full Pilates. Having a little experience with Pilates after an ACL reconstruction several years ago, I was a bit intimidated to hop back into it but Angie has created a warm, welcoming environment, that’s supportive and judgment free! The classes are challenging, but can be scaled to your skill/strength level, while getting personal attention from the instructor. I’m already seeing results after only a few classes. I also love that you can schedule classes online, parking is easy and there’s wine after Friday nights class. What’s not to love!

Love this place!!! The instructors are all really nice and oddly enough so are all the clients. It’s a great atmosphere. I always leave there feeling a lot better… even on those grumpy days. Oh! And did I mention it’s a great workout! I can fit into my skinny jeans again — whooo!!!

I started doing Pilates about 4 months ago & I’m totally impressed with results. I am so much stronger & fit than I used to be(& I only go 1 – 2 times per week). In addition, my injuries(bad knees, etc) have gone away. I get a huge workout with everyone who teaches there… they are all so good. I highly recommend anyone who wants a workout that gives you those lovely lean muscles to give Mind Full Pilates a try. You will sweat!!!

All I can say about the Studio and the instructor/owner is Wow! Pilates is a great form of exercise and Angie has a great gift of enabling the exercises to have maximum impact on the student. She is patient in assessing my strength and flexibility and prescribes the instruction accordingly so you won’t push too hard but push enough to see changes in a few sessions. State of the art machines that are immaculate and brand new! I am a chiropractor and I am so pleased with Angie Larson and her studio. The name says it all: Mind Full that’s a perfect name for a studio that promotes presence and focus while doing Pilates, a great core strengthener! Great prices too– a sweet deal.
