I own a Hotel and Restaurant and we have been working with The Rug Works for the past several years (4 – 5) maybe longer!!!
I can’t say enough about their professionalism or the quality of work they do. We have one area rug in our restaurant that gets red wine and food on it all the time and they have continuously returned it to it original luster. WOW is what I say every time they clean it. We also use The Rug Works for Furniture and our Banquet carpet and I am always very pleased. I will happily continue to use The Rug Works and recommend them to everyone. I will be scheduling them back in May to do Spring cleaning.

I agree with Erin C.‘s review. I hired Rug Works to spot clean a few rugs after an event. Donna convinced me to significantly increase the size of my order and to clean all of my rugs entirely. Her «expert» was out on medical leave, but she assured me that his replacement would do a great job. When he ruined my 2-​year old rug, Donna turned on a dime. She took no responsibility at all and went so far as to blame me for the damage. I had hired Rug Works once before and my brand new living room rippled and eventually had to be replaced. Rug Works blamed it on the rug manufacturer. I cannot believe I fell for this explanation. Now I’ve paid Rug Works thousands of dollars and I have spent thousands more to replace what were beautiful new rugs.

Had a great experience with this business. Easy to set up appt and they came out within the time promised. Donna is very friendly and nice. The guys who came out to the job did a great job. We will use them again in the future,

We use Rugworks for our office carpet cleaning and they do a great job. Donna is very quick to respond to our phone calls, and she tries very hard to accommodate our scheduling needs. My boss can be difficult at times, and Donna has always retained equanimity in dealing with her, so the client who complained about Donna here must be a real piece of work.

The Rug Works offer outstanding value for a very high quality of service. Their hard-​working crew carefully vacuum the entire carpet surface, paying special attention to the baseboards, before they steam the carpet with non-​toxic cleaner. Pricing is based realistically on the square footage being cleaned. The crew measures the cleaning area and tells you a cost prior to doing the cleaning. I measured our carpets myself and gave Donna those dimensions. Her crew came up with the same figures, so the estimate and the final bill were the same. I believe in supporting local businesses. You can’t go wrong with The Rug Works. Highly recommended!

I also have been a continuing customer of the Rug Works since 2006 and have been nothing but pleased. They are VERY careful and courteous in our home, they have done amazing things… Donna is the best at customer service… she calls to remind you of your apt, gives a window that her crew MAKES, calls for follow-​up — and best of all — sends someone back if you are not totally satisfied. This only happened to me with one difficult spot on our carpet… but they did a great job! I also can not believe the negative review… just couldn’t happen with this company. Donna, Matthew and Gil have all been wonderful!

I have been a returning customer of The Rug Works for many years. From the first phone call with Donna, the owner, I knew I was dealing with a very professional and conscientious company. I found her to be friendly and very helpful. I have had both Gil and Mathew in my home and I am amazed at what stains they can get out. They bend over backwards to help but never did I get the feeling they were trying to sell up. It’s hard to believe the comment of 1÷23÷10 — in fact it sounds like a competitor because by experience has consistently been of excellent work, customer service, friendliness, promptness, and sensitivity to the customer. They’ll have my business for a long time

I had smushed playdoh dried in a rainbow of sorts into the carpet and in a panic, called Rug Works as they have worked on my parent’s rugs for years. They were able to squeeze me in fairly soon and did a great job. I love that they are non-​toxic and that Donna gives such great customer service. Great company, great service. No complaints.

Had these guys clean our wool carpet. They did a terrible job and were very very expensive. Long story short, the owner is terrible at customer service. We will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone.
