Wished I had checked these reviews before using this UPS store. Wanted to send a $ 26 item back to Amazon. This store wanted $ 53 to ship the item UPS ground. I asked the agent how much US Mail would charge. He said $ 106. He failed to mentioned that was Priority US Mail. Regular US Mail was $ 25. I won’t do business with this store again, they can not be trusted. Overall, UPS is too expensive, they have priced themselves out of being useful.

Update: They have some new people working at this location now and so far, so good. I hope they keep it up, it has made a real difference. Previous: Unfortunately, I chose to locate my business mailbox at this location. It says they are open at 8:30 on the UPS website. It says they are open at 9:00 on the storefront. Still, it’s not unusual to be standing outside with other people at 9:10 waiting for someone to come. And they give you a key for your mailbox, but when you also want to drop off packages, it is a wasted trip. When you say you are going to be open, that is a promise. When you are not there, you have broken that promise. Otherwise, this location is marginal. The staff is occasionally friendly. Generally speaking, this store puts a bad mark on an otherwise great brand.

No longer trust their service as to timely packaging — if they say they’re going to have a job completed and sent by the next day, then that should be done. I found out, by using the UPS tracking number, that they took TWODAYS to pack up an uncomplicated item and get it out the door. Ridiculous.

Unbelievably incompetent for packaging and shipping. I was charged $ 95 for packing and shipping an antique lamp to my sister in Nebraska: by mistake they sent it to the AT&T refurbishing center in Mexico, where it was thrown away and is unrecoverable. And they told me i couldn’t declare the value over $ 100, without explaining to me the costs of insurance, etc.

I had to return some packages to from online purchases and send in my taxes and was in and out in no time. Very helpful people. While I was there I found out that they provide a host of other services that will come on handy in the future.

Been a box holder here since before their interminable move from Red Hill. They give us great service. They need to get a real sign for themselves mounted on the big pole out at the curb. Located next to the McDonald’s and Subway’s restaurants on West 4th Street’s «Miracle Mile.»

I lost my tracking slip and needed to track the package for the company I shipped the return item to. The first time I called this store I was hung up on, and the phone was busy the rest of the day. The second time I called it was obvious the person helping me was annoyed that he had to look something up for me and that I didn’t have the tracking number. He asked for some information I did not have handy. The person helping me was clearly frustrated… I told him that I had called before and was hung up on… His response… «yeah, we get busy here so I can’t just stay on the phone.» Needless to say… I will take my business elsewhere.
