Peter is first off the nicest guy. He does really quality work and I love the fact that I can drop off a couple of things with him at the Walnut Creek farmer’s market and come back to pick them up. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

I met Peter (Acme Sharpening) at the Walnut Creek farmers market. I’d seen his booth several times and finally decided to get a card and talk about pricing. First off he’s a really nice guy, second he’s very honest, last but not least he’s very knowledgable about knives. I had him sharpen my entire block of Shun knives. They all turned out great, way better than the original factory edge. I will be returning every year to keep my knives in good shape.

I brought all my kitchen knives including my steak knives and kitchen shears to the Dublin Farmers’ market. Peter did such and great job and packaged my knives safely when he finished. What a difference a sharp knife makes in the kitchen!

Owner was easy to reach by phone. Prompt to respond and get my knives sharpened once I delivered them. The cost is more than fair and far far below the cost of new knives.

I always thought I knew how to keep my knifes sharp, went out and bought a nice sharpener from a great kitchen store and thought it was doing the job. Talked to Peter at the farmers market in San Ramon and he told me he could make my knife’s sing, so I thought what the heck and gave him a shot. All I can say is that I didn’t know how great a sharp knife could cut and chop, I brought all my knifes to him and I am a cutting fool!
