Love this office. Dr. Parhiscar was wonderful. He has a great bed side manner. He listened and answered all my questions and really made me feel comfortable. Not too mention, Melinda his lovely scheduler was awesome. She made me feel at ease and was always available for my questions. Would totally recommend this office to anyone.

too. The scars are minimal and smooth. A great job. I will definitely be back next year for a body makeover. He is warm and friendly-​willing to talk about the procedure or answer questions – or not. I went to 4 doctors to get opinions/​estimates and was most impressed by Dr. P. He listens well (some big egos and long waits-​one with the longest wait told me insurance would not pay (I knew it would) and it would be (the highest quote I received)). His front office person said he was the best she has seen (she has 25+ years working for plastic surgeons on the area and knows lots of them). I have referred 2 people who like what he did for me.

Amazing staff, amazing surgeon. Portfolio is really impressive for rhinoplasty, very natural before’s and after’s. He not only creates good profiles, but good front views for the nose (and I know how important this is, for those who do a lot of research). Affordable for bay area.

Amazing surgeon!
I recently had surgery at San Ramon Hospital with Dr. Afshin Parhiscar. I am amazed at how beautiful my face looks after the surgery. I had him revise 2 previous surgeries one was a facial surgery the other was a rhinoplasty.
My rhinoplasty was done by Kaiser in the mid 1990’s and had caused my nose to become disfigured. Dr. Parhiscar fixed my broken septum and removed all the scar tissue at the tip of my nose and gave me a beautifully constructed and architecturally elegant nose. He took the time to listen to my concerns and my needs and he helped me become comfortable with the surgery. He addressed my fears of surgery and gave me the confidence to move forward. When I woke up from the surgery he was right there telling me how great the surgery had gone and how happy I would be with my new nose. After a couple of days and once the cast was removed, I was so happy with the results. Each day the swelling is decreasing and my nose looks more and more beautiful. He is an amazing surgeon.
My results and my experience have been and continue to be excellent. I told the doctor that I would like him to use my picture for other patients so they can see the before and after and see what an amazing surgeon he is and how well he knows each individual’s face and how important it is to feel beautiful in your own skin. I would highly recommend Dr. Parhiscar as a surgeon I think he’s an amazing surgeon and has excellent bedside manners, he is compassionate and understanding and is willing to take the time to listen to your wants, desires, needs, and concerns.
The second surgery I had with Dr. Afshin Parhiscar was the reconstruction of both of my ears. After removing the bandages from surgery I was so happy, for the first time in 8 years I have earlobes again!!! They are beautiful as well as symmetrical. Before Dr. Parhiscar I had four surgeries on my ears. The pervious surgeries had cause severe keloid scarring as well as the loss of both ear lobes Dr. Afshin Parhiscar fixed my lower face and ears giving me back the confidence I need as a woman and as an individual. Each day I wake up and look in the mirror I feel and look beautiful.
Dr. Parhiscar has changed my life.
