There’s a few things I like about Big Frog:
1. What I like most about Big Frog is that it’s local. I’m a local business owner myself so I am all for supporting local businesses. That’s really what got me into the store in the first place because I wanted to see the quality of the shirts before I ordered. When I got in, I was immediately greeted by Ryan and no time was wasted. We discussed what I needed and order was on its way.
2. Ryan (and Gary) will also make sure that the shirts/​prints are satisfactory or they will fix/​replace the shirts.
3. The ‘no minimum orders’ is also a plus because I could order additional shirts or replace worn out shirts one at a time.

Several years ago, my husband received what is now his favorite worn-​out sweatshirt. On it is a logo of old-​fashioned spectacle glasses with the fade-​out word OPTOMETRIST across them. I had searched everywhere for a replacement sweatshirt. Nothing was found. Then, it occurred to me to have Big Frog recreate it… which they did. We are both thrilled with the results! And, as a bonus, it was less than I had expected to pay.

If I can give an extra star I would! another t-​shirt company recommend me here and I’m so happy they did! customer service was outstanding and so kind, he explains everything black and white, he gives you his honest opinion and some suggestion, the price is reasonable, there’s different options of shirts, tank tops, hoodies, I pick my own designs and how I want them. Ryan is jus amazing and tries his best looking for a better alternative making sure I’m satisfy. i would recommend this place to a family and friend and def coming back to get more stuff done!

I had some T-​Shirts printed here a while back using a deal bought online and had a nice easy pain free experience. Orders were requested that they be placed via email and I provided the graphics in which I wanted to be used and they were ready for me to collect within a couple of days.
I got the standard Cotton T-​Shirts which are decent but I kind of which they had Tech shirts available as they were meant for a Running event and as any (male) Runner knows Cotton chafe’s. The store has a large selection of clothing inside too, some with designs already and some plain so if you want you could even just buy plain shirts and decorate them yourself.

This place is awesome! I would give 10 stars if I could! I called Kerry on Wednesday and he had our custom shirts ready by Thursday! He was so patient and listened to exactly what we wanted, even with us changing the design a ton of times! Got them Thursday and they were perfect! Thanks so much!

Needed a dew shirts to be made on really short notice and these guys pulled through! I called a few other places and they weren’t able to do it as soon as I needed them to. I went to the store and bought some shirts not knowing that they actually had shirts there to choose from as well. I decided to go with the shirts that they had because they were of thicker quality. Shirts came out great and you can stay there during the design process to guide it a little bit. Definitely coming back here if I need anything!

Found Big Frog after an online T-​shirt company horribly botched our shirts for a trade show and didn’t deliver on time. Big Frog was everything those doofuses were not. I received awesome customer service, a quality print job, timely delivery, and honesty about cost. They listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions. Couldn’t be happier. Definitely the place to go if you want real customer service and don’t need hundreds of cheap shirts but a few cool, well done shirts.

I recently visited your store to get a custom t-​shirt made. The main attraction to your company is that I was able to purchase one shirt at a time and I only had to wait 15 minutes while it was made! The t-​shirts are nice looking and top quality.
I appreciate the outstanding customer service that Ryan provided when I came in. He was professional, attentive and provided excellent suggestions. He was very knowledgeable about your company’s products and seemed genuinely interested in helping me.
Because of Ryan’s efforts, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and I am very pleased with the shirt.
Big Frog will be my number 1 go to place if I need custom t-​shirts in the future and I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Very happy with the quality of the shirt. I have no idea why one Unilocaler commented about anyone having an attitude. I found everyone — the owner and staff exceedingly helpful — businesslike, but polite and enjoyable to be aound. They had my shirt ready a day earlier than promised.
We’re a non-​profit, so a company that can work on a short time frame and be reasonably priced is important. Will definitely use them again.

OUTSTANDING!!! I came here to get 8 tank tops printed last minute for my bachelorette weekend and was blown away with the customer service, quick turnaround and quality.
Ryan was incredibly helpful! He not only gave me insightful feedback on the design I had selected, but helped in finding the right color combo to fit my vision. He was very communicative throughout the process and had the tops done within 48 hours.
I will absolutely use them again!

Wonderful customer service from Edward at Big Frog Custom T — Shirts!
Edward helped design custom tee shirts for a 50th anniversary gift, and I was so impressed with his thoughtful, creative suggestions. I am very pleased with the new technology used to transfer a photograph on to the tee shirts. I had requested that the shirts be done in University of Oregon colors, and Edward went online to determine the exact colors for the shirts and the writing,.
I would give Edward and the Big Frog Custom Tee Shirts the highest marks!
