Bob Arnold – State Farm Insurance Agent

We have been clients of Bob’s for 15+ years. We had a contractor cause some damage to our home recently and Bob was very helpful in working it through with us. He had recommendations on whether or not it was worth it to make a claim etc. all the info was great and helped us to make an informed decision. He followed up with us to make sure we were happy and that our home was repaired. We’ve worked through teenage driver issues including claims, fault etc. and he’s always been very responsive.
We recently moved and he was very informative and available to change policy coverage, answer all our questions and take care of things immediately. We would highly recommend Bob.

I had been a client of Bob’s for many years and relied on him to make sure my auto and home insurance were kept up to date and with appropriate coverage. He did me a GREAT disservice by not explaining to me that the currant small claim would cancel my condo insurance and make it near impossible to find coverage. I have been using Bob Arnold with State Farm for about 20 years. They have insured many of my cars and my kids cars as well as my house, boat and rental property. In that time period I have had several claims over the years. I have never once had a problem with Bob, his staff or State Farm. They have always been polite, professional and paid all claims I ever submitted. Bob has helped discuss various issues with me offering sound advice at times.
I also have known Bob personally as his kid and mine played ball together a few years back. Bob is a stand up guy and a good businessman for that other is reviewer «RM» to call him a crook without giving any details or backing up his claim is BS and that review should be ignored or removed by Unilocal its not fair to Bob or his business in my opinion.
