Very «frosty» welcome by office staff: strike one.
Never delivered on their commitment to same-​day quote: strike two.
Never answered my e-​mail a few days later as to the status of my quote: strike three, THEY’RE OUT!
One small San Ramon business wanted to provide some revenue (~ $ 1K) to another. I guess my order was too small to get Excel Graphics’ attention.
I would have given 0 stars if it was possible. Customer service apparently does not live at Excel Graphics.

San Ramon, CA
As a graphic designer for over 15 years, I have been a customer of Excel Graphics for nearly as many. Honest and reliable. Print houses are many, but reputable ones are few. Excel exceeds them all — and they are nice people too. Highly recommend their work. You will have your expectations of quality exceeded.
