I thought id give another whirl and try it again mistake yes im mad first i placed my order its wrong. Again not only that i told them put the change for handicapped Kids his hand never went out window at the drive thru to make donation… He must kept the change to buy more gold teeth !

Ok, I know a lot of you would say«what did you expect» and trust me I’m saying that to myself. I guess I held this place to higher standards. I have my pregnant gf get me out of bed to get some grub and he go down the street to the local Micky D’s. Order a vegi breakfast sando and a sausage one and cheese sticks. All n all it took them 15 min to get my food, cheese sticks were cold as ice and her sand had meat. I got my money back because I didn’t trust getting my food back untouched. There were two dudes and a girl Working and they were just having a mcflurry party not Doing anything. Looking at me like I was speaking a different language actually! So after I got my money back I drove down the street and went to in n out and got two meals that were much fresher, better quality food, way better service from a neighborhood kid and ITWAS3DOLLARSCHEAPER! San Ramon Mac Donald’s is no good never going there again.

I just want to share a bad experience I had this past Saturday. I had to wait in drive thru line for over 20 minutes for them to take my order then waited about another 10 minutes for my food. When I got my soda it tasted nasty so I told the lady and she snatched it off my hand. I got a 2nd drink and as I drove off put the straw in and sipped then again it tasted nasty like gasses. When I reached in the bag to get a fry, I noticed that it was half way filled, cold and half cooked. This was the worse, HORRIBLE service I have ever experienced. They also had a mess and when I was going to pay the said they where only taking cash. Be aware when you go to McDonald’s.

Please be advised that this particular Mc Donalds has this hispanic dark skinned girl that mostly works the drive thru lane and TWICE my wife has witnessed her go to the bathroom and NOTWASHHERHANDS. At this moment she is pregnant so look out for her when you order.

They are the worst. The food is OK… I mean its McDonalds… so whatever… but honestly the workers are jerks! They dont listen to orders so when you get your food and ask for the stuff you actually ordered(sauces included) they act like youre trying to trick them out of something… NEWSFLASH: my sauces(that i am willing to pay for, which is why i said i wanted them at the beginning) are not coming out of your paycheck! I KNOW what i ordered, your inability to communicate is not my problem. YOUSUCK! And you want $ 15 an hour??? For no simple hello, thank you, have a nice day, general politeness, good service, and for me(THECUSTOMER) to be treated like a jerk??? Uhhmm NO.

These 5 stars go completely to Craig. I walked into a very busy McDonald’s and saw Craig. I asked him if he had the Charlie Brown toy. He showed me the three toys that were being distributed. He went back in the back of the store, opened a new box, and brought me the Charlie Brown figure.

Plain and simple. That is my review of the ¼ lb burger with cheese($ 4.50!!) ordered on Tuesday afternoon at 2:15 pm. The temperature of the bun was cold and the burger tepid at best and the cheese put on at the last minute was of course not even close to being melted. Should have gone back to complain, but after this visit, it is my very last at McDonald’s.

Food is terrible. Service sucks. Also they put chicken nuggets on the menu at breakfast but they refuse to serve it. Worst experience ever. Bathrooms are clean, though. There was paper in my patty. Also cheese sticks to paper. Edit: Wow, there’s an «M» in the butter +1 stars

Weirdly empty with no cars in the park lot. One employee inside frantically preparing meals and no one at the counter. After a few minutes of waiting with no one else in line we place our order just to realize there are no fries(I mean, not even frying in the basket). More wait, then the meal arrives. Under-par performance. Won’t come back anytime soon.

Came to this McDonalds Monday night. Guy taking orders on the drive thru was clearly on one or two. Was also incredibly rude; rushing the order and said nothing once I reached pay window except a forced«BYE!l. The girl at the second window had to ask me what I ordered… Manager was busy talking to someone outside.

So this morning I decided to get fast and easy. McDonald’s! I’m gonna be honest it’s not my ideal breakfast to start the day but today I broke my own rule and has fast food for breakfast. I ordered two sausage McMuffin’s and one sausage egg McMuffin with hashbrowns and a coffee! I never had McDonald’s coffee before but I realized why that it is today. Going to stick to Starbucks or Pete’s The sausage Egg muffin was delicious for A fast food breakfast order. The hashbrowns were ok but you could taste the Grease just dripping right out of them .cant make a habit of this !

Don’t like this McDonald’s. The fries are never fresh. I drive a bit further just to go to the other McDonald’s near Alcosta. That one always has fresh fries and the filet o fish is always fresh and hot as well.

I come to this location very often as I live near by. But I might just make my way to burger king instead after the service and food I got. First they got mad when I asked for a packet of sauce after I bought a big Mac meal. What’s one sauce?! Secondly they put about half of the normal amount of fries as they are suppose to in my meal. Very disappointed!

This is the closest McDonalds to my house. The drive-thru is pretty efficient and it has prime location to 680. Their customer service had always been excellent. Another mcdonalds forgot my honey mustard. As I headed home I stopped by this one, told them what happened and they gave me the sauces and apologized. Today, my wife picked up some food on the way home. They forgot my Big Mac. I headed back there and the manager instantly acknowledged that it was his fault, apologized and asked me if I would like a drink or a desert. I asked for an apple pie and was given two in addition to my Big Mac and my apple pie. I appreciate this sort of customer service. They owned up to the error and compensated me for my trouble.
