My husband raved about this place. He said it brings you back to a sweeter time. Um no way. Sorry, don’t want to be negative nelly but vegetables were wilted and fries were yesterdays. On top of that the guy that waited on us had the charm of a stick. We will never go back.

In-N-Out is always amazing :) Good burgers, great fries! This is the only place I go for fast food burgers.

The ultimate American Classic. While either driving through or dining in, you’re bound to be pleased. Excellent, consistence food. What all other fast-food joints aspire to resemble. Whether you stick to the simplicity of the tradition menu, or venture off to the most publicly cherishes«secret menu»; featuring any combination of the limited ingredients. Even through the massive scale, they manage to sift to only result in devoted employees with unbridled confidence. How they function in those outfits, I’ll never know. The key is avoiding the inevitable crowd which seemingly exists 24⁄7. The solution resides directly across at the Hyatt House. The Hyatt is home to a far more inviting parking-lot with occasional shade. If you’re up to an adventure, this is worth it. Great in San Ramon, great everywhere.

1:10am, I’m just driving home from work. Burger King is closed, McDonald’s is closed, 3 Jack in the Box on the way home were closed. Thank you for being open.

Hamburger Animal Style x Neapolitan Milkshake = a $ 5 combo that cannot be beat for a satisfactory hot lunch. CROWCANYONRD exit from 680.

Best hamburger I’ve ever had in my life. In n out burgers over five guys burgers any day. The burgers were really good but the fries weren’t the best. Also I don’t recommend the strawberry milkshake cuz it’s too sweet. The vanilla milkshake is the best.

Now don’t get me wrong, I do love In N Out. The service is right on and the food is consistent from store to store. I was a total fan of In N Out, till Habit Burgers came along. Sorry, that Double Double just can’t stand up to a Double Charburger at Habit Burgers. Plus, there’s a Habit Burger right here in San Ramon! Since starting Habit, I don’t even come to this store anymore. Now, if I was somewhere where there was no Habit Burger nearby, then In N Out is my first choice. Prices are good for what you get and I love me some«Animal» style” Double Double and fries. I like the fires enough, but I see what others are talking about, like they taste weird or off. They do use real potatoes, you can see in the back, but there does seem to be something missing. This being the San Ramon location, sorry, you’ll find me over at the Habit Burgers with a big ass hefty Double Charburger … side by side, no contest. There’s so many pics of the double double here and fries, I didn’t even bother to take any pics.

The only fast food I will do. With lettuce wrap please. Much healthier than Burger King or the other guys, would never step foot in there.

Ordered something I read about online and was told by Joseph«you spend too much time online.» Super rude. I’ve been there several times and they have messes up my order. Had better service at other in-n-outs.

Man it’s good. But the lines are nuts. Traffic jam nuts. Gotta go at the right times otherwise it’s like going to the DMV. Except the Walnut Creek DMV. They’re amazing.

Always hits the spot. Just at prime eating time there is always a line way down the street.

I’m gonna leave a review but I honestly don’t know why people leave reviews for fast food places. Like honestly these people are always working hard and dealing with shitty customers and it’s amazing that they’re polite like at all, ever. The food at in n out never disappoints. I guess I just wanted to say if you got shitty service you probably deserved it. Dope food dope service if you’re a decent human being. Good milkshakes

I used to be a big fan of In-N-Out, sadly they have gone downhill. I ordered a #2 combo animal style and fries light well. The fries were okay but inconsistent with some being perfect and some quite over. The burger tasted lackluster, the tomatoe was unripe, and the lettuce was an unripe wad from the middle of a head. The shake was the good shake they have always had. There used to be Unilocal 5 star taco truck across the road but some neighbor filed a complaint because they lacked some city license. No issues with food safety just appeasing the city management. I see now why other nearby restaurants are concerned as this area good really use some competition from a place that just does tasty food with no frills. Something the place I’m reviewing used to do quite well.

The classic Bay Area In-N-Out. The In-N-Out that preceded all others. The In-N-Out that kids from way out in Concord would make a pilgrimage to, just for the privilege of taking 10 years off their life by throwing down for a 20X20(twenty beef patties, twenty cheese slices, two buns). They’ve curbed the secret menu a bit, but you’ll still have one of the best fast food experiences here. Friendly kids that get your order right every time, hot food made fresh right in front of you, unlimited ketchup, hot peppers and soda refills… what more can you really ask for? If it’s hot out, they’ve got icy AC. Cold inside, there are tables and benches outdoors. It’s easy to get out of there for $ 5/person — the burgers are cheap; I’m a huge fan of the lettuce wrapped«protein style» burger. Always expect a line at the drive-thru — I think it’s way more fun to eat inside, anyway. I also *just* learned that you can ask for pickles… they have PICKLES! Looks like I’ve got another reason to go back! :-P

Worst meal I have ever received from any location in Cali or Nevada so far. Food was just sad. I received extremely burnt«grilled» onions and a burger that looked and tasted like I could have bought it from the McDonalds value menu. Getting back home to see this just made me sad and miss SoCal so much more now. But the one star is for their friendly service and nice location.

This In N Out has been around since I was a kid and I find myself coming by every once in a while. The freshness of their cut fries and distinct burger taste makes it so delicious. Not to mention their pink lemonade, which is the best one you’ll ever try. Price is decent too, you won’t find yourself spending more than $ 10 for an average meal.

I hadn’t eaten an In-N-Out burger in quite sometime, so I decided to stop by this place after working at a nearby office in the area. Came in around 1pm and luckily there wasn’t a crowd of people inside like there usually is at other locations in the South Bay. Although they did have a ridiculous drive-thru line that snaked out onto the main street. Cleanliness at this location seemed to be a notch above other ones I’ve been to, so that’s a plus there. Again the line was only about 2 – 3 people deep and wait time for food was only around 10 minutes or so. Every location has an identical interior layout it seems and the quality of the food is always the same as well. #2 Whole Grilled Onions, Fries, and Water no soda. Surprisingly satisfying when you haven’t had one in months on end! Great In-N-Out if you’re on the road in this area or passing through Crow Canyon Rd. Exit. Lot seems small, but there is a decent amount of parking actually. 4 Stars, not 5! It’s not the best tasting burger, but probably one of the best deals you can get on one bar none. :)

Even tho there was a long drive threw wait they where able to get everyone’s orders pretty fast this time around. Food prices looks to be more expensive than before. I would still have to recommend the number 1 animal style best burger on the menu !!
