Severely understaffed restaurant! One hardworking gentlemen making the sandwiches and running the register. We had to ask him to change his gloves in between handling money and making different sandwiches. Super backed up line at 12:30pm on a Saturday. Food was good as usual just really disappointed in the time it took to get our sandwiches.

This place claims to open at 7am and every time I want to get something before work it’s always closed. Today I had an early break so I thought maybe it would be open by now, I get there and it’s 930am and the employee is just starting to open up, there’s nothing on the counter and most of the lights are off. Why have the door unlocked and open if you still aren’t ready to serve customers? You’re supposed to be open at 7am! Lazy employees man.

Went here on my lunch break for a sandwich. I asked to use the last of a gift card and pay the rest on my credit card. The two guys working there had me slide my card numerous times saying it wasn’t charging. They told me I couldn’t use the gift card after multiple tries, so I tried a few different credit cards and they finally made the sale go through. I looked at my bank accounts this morning. It charged EVERY time I slid. So now my gift card is emptied and all of my credit cards have been charged multiple times. I’m PISSED. I just wanted a freaking $ 5 sandwich. And to top it off, when I went to eat the sandwich it was toasted so much that it was literally like a cracker, the bread crumbled in hard cracker pieces all over. That was not a lightly toasted sandwich. Come on. I worked at subway a few years back, it’s not that hard. There’s different choices on the toaster, all you have to do is push the right button and take the sandwich out when it beeps. Called in this morning to try to get it resolved but apparently, according to the employee they don’t have a manager because she’s «on leave.»

Ordered a bowl of soup today. Their employee pulled my «soup» out of the freezer. Proceeded to pop it in the microwave for 5 min with the plastic spoon sitting in it. I was like… Im not eating a bowl of soup with melted utensil in it! I come here frequently since i work across the street. Sandwiches are basic. One day they were airing their bathroom out right where customers were sitting down to eat(door wide open 1 foot from tables). The employees never smile. Not into it.

Good food, but horrible service. The 2 men working were rude and threw my food on the counter when ringing me up. They made my pizza wrong. They toasted it with cheese and tried to say I need to ask for sauce. Wtf?

Simply put, I love this Subway. I frequent here often on my lunch break and find it to be a little oasis away from the chaotic-ness of work. It has taken over new management within the last few years, and I must say there’s been quite an improvement. The staff are attentive to my requests and quick to serve even at the busiest of times. Never a disappointment, and always leave satisfied.

Ok, now we’re talking: chopped salads! I hadn’t been in Subway in years(I’m just not a sandwich person) so I don’t even know if these are something new or not. But I accompanied friends there today and expected a salad from Subway would probably be pre-made and stored in a clear plastic box. But I was able to choose my fresh veggies and the server used that nifty rocking blade to chop the greens and incorporate the dressing. It was all very nice, and now I know Subway has something for me!

I got a veggie delite and it should’ve been called Veggie Denied. I told him I like bell peppers, olives, & onions and he gave me a good amount of onions but 3 thin slices of bell peppers &3 olive slices(that equated to maybe 1 olive?) and the food didn’t even reach the end of the sandwich. IT’S a VEGGIEDELIGHT. Seroiusly?! When I mentioned to please add more bell peppers he added 2 more half size of the original thin slices and no olives. I almost walked out but I ended up just buying it and leaving. He also automatically put it in the oven which is an extra charge but I didn’t even ask for it and had to stop him. The owner seemed nice who rung me up(but didn’t make the sandwich) but I won’t ever go here again and will warn anyone against it. I’ve never been let down by a Subway before. SAD.

Sandwich tasted funny. It looks to be old meat that was used and the bread was fairly soggy in the middle and stale on the ends. They are also really cheap — will only put 3 small spinach leaves, a couple green pepper slices, etc… But I couldn’t eat it — it just tasted bad. The people that run this store seem to have staffed it with people from another country and I’m not sure what they think of a good sandwich. I wouldn’t make a sandwich like that for someone I didn’t like. Subway is on the way down.

Under new management! After coming here for years under the old ownership and suffering through chronically closed bathrooms and miserable employees who were rarely personable, I was so pleased to come here today and discover that a new owner has taken over! Food was standard for Subway, and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Nice, friendly, personable, and courteous. A 180-degree difference here. If you were staying away because of poor past experiences, by all means, come back and try out the new management. You’ll be happy you did.

I’m surprised by the low rating reviews for this Subway. This is my favorite Subway and I go here often. I actually like that the portion sizes are a bit smaller. They don’t over stuff the sub with veggies making it a mess or difficult to eat as I’ve experienced with other restaurants and I think it tastes better with less. The restaurant is very clean and yes, there is a line at lunch because there are tons of office buildings around but I’ve never had to wait too long. The bathroom is maintained by the building, not the store. The people who work here have always been nice to me.

It’s not very hard to satisfy someone at a Subway, but this one should be avoided! The people working here are not friendly at all(gave me a mean stare), but since I just wanted to get something and get out, it wasn’t really a concern. However, when you don’t have the bread I want, put cheese on my sandwich without me even saying I wanted cheese, making me repeat what I want in my sandwich over and over and not allowing me to use my card to make a purchase. I think I’ll drive out a little farther if I’m in the mood for Subway.

I’ve been to several Subways in the bay area and so I know what to expect with my sandwich and I don’t go in expecting much in the way of customer service. However, this place sets new standards for poor customer service. Rude, curt, and a general don’t-give-a-sh** attitude is the general feeling when you go here. I went in here at noon and the place was completely empty(with a packed parking lot). Perhaps this should have been a clue. But since I’m an idiot, I went in and ordered a sandwich anyway. The Indian woman making it acted like she hated her life. If you hate people so much, why did you go into a customer-service industry? Would it kill you to smile or pretend you like being alive once in a while? The sandwich itself was so-so. It tasted alright but it was cold(ordered it toasted) and barely had any toppings on it. If it had any less cheese on it, i’m not sure it would have still qualified as a sandwich. But I would have given it a pass if I hadn’t been so turned off by my experience in the store. Avoid this Subway — it’s not like you can’t find another one 5 minutes away. Oh, and the bathroom is broken again.

I am surprised how so many customers were in line at this place. This is a horrible place and the people who worked there do not care about you. I had a very unpleasant experience second time and I am not going back again. — They were asking me to repeat again and again even though they heard me — they were whispering in front of me about me when I asked them to pack my sandwiches separately How can you treat your customers like trash? Is this the way to do business? I am not coming back again…

Horrible service. They barely put ANYTHING on your sandwich, barely any veggies, when I got back to my office, the sandwich looked like it was a day old in the wrapper 10 minutes after it was made. The chicken was cold, and again, barely any condiments on the sandwich. It sucked! Definitely never returning to this location ever again. Togo’s is waaaay better. Even Quizno’s.

Uhh they won’t give you anything on the side … I asked for some jalapenos on the side and some sauce as well on the side but he would not budge. Poor customer service. The place was clean though, which was a good thing.

I received a call from the owner of the store about my visit. Won’t go into detail, but, there was a very clear reason why the restroom wasn’t available during my visit. Once I understood the entire story, it explained a lot about why I received the kind of customer service I received during my visit. Please do not disregard this Subway location. The owner really cares about his customers, and that’s a rare thing these days.

I would have to agree with the other reviewers. The portions were smaller than other safeways and the service was definitely slower. They don’t have highchairs either. I wish I would have looked before I ordered.
