This KFC is the worst!!! Every single time I come here they mess up my order!!! & every single time I come here they always say they don’t have something… & I mean every single time!!! Twice I’ve been here after 7PM and was told they don’t have anymore original breast and or hot wings., what? Are you kidding me… Are they just lazy and don’t want to make anymore!!! WTH!!! This time they didn’t give me the large wedges, the missed a meal and they didn’t have turn overs. When the guy handed us our order he told us what was in the bag… It wasn’t what he said was in there!!! We got home and one of us didn’t have the meal that was ordered!!! Yes, by that time her appetite was lost… Very upsetting

Less than a star I would like to give them. No greeting, missing items, overfried drumsticks and pop corn chicken… Now I know why their parking lots are empty.

I agree whole-heartidly with Camerons review. I visited this kfc the other day and was greeted with a huge smile from a handsome young man named Javier. Immedietly i felt my butterflys in my stomach and was even more excited to eat my chicken. When it was finished Javi handed me the crispy tenders and then gave me a cute smile which really made me feel at home. I wish every Kfc had a hunky man to serve me my food, until then this is the only kfc i go to.

I had a wondrous experience. The handsome young man named Javier helped out immensely. Wow! What a character. I couldn’t even focus on how delicious the food was because I was hypnotized by Javier’s sexy Latino skin. Thank you KFC for the food. AND thank you god for making such a perfect specimen of a man.

Young guy behind the counter his name starts with a J is a complete jerk and I told him so. Completely rude, no eye contact doesn’t greet anybody. Then you start looking around under the burners and there’s food, crap and dust from a month ago. I’m never coming back here again.

I life KFC food, but this place MUST clean up. I visit about 1−2x per month. Each time, I feel like I need to wash up after I go inside. There are papers everywhere, the drink bar is a mess, the lid container has dust all over. It’s really gross. The food is fine, but the environment really needs work. I’m surprised that the regional manager has not reprimanded this franchise for the cleanliness. The workers are very friendly.

I have come now twice to this place to purchase grilled chicken and they have none nor are they preparing any! Weird! They seem to have no problem turning people away!

Bad drive through experience. Super slow. Very loud. No buns for their sandwiches. Lunch time. Odd.

First of all, let me talk about the first impressions I had when I walked in. The place was so small and it smelled so oily. I wasn’t expecting much the minute I walked in. So I ordered the $ 5 meal. I got the food in little boxes and sat down. Right when I started eating, I realized they didn’t give me a cup, so I went back with my oily fingers to get my cup and went back to eating. Then I discovered a strand of hair in my drumstick! I went back and asked for another drumstick. So it was fine after that. Then I realized they didn’t give me butter for my biscuit. By that time I was already tired of asking for items that they forgot to give me. I just ate the biscuit with my chicken. Then when I was done, I realized they didn’t give me my cookie! So I had to get up for the 3rd time and I asked the lady about it and she just said they were out with no intention of replacing it with anything. So I asked if they could give me something else instead and she offered a biscuit. I didn’t want a dry biscuit that was tasteless so I said I didn’t want it and she just stared back at me with no intention of giving me something else. So I went back to finish my mashed potato, cleaned up and finally went to fill my drink. I got some lemonade and there was black stuff in it! It looked like mold or something dirty. So I just threw my cup away and left the horrendous place. It was the worst experience ever and I’m never coming back.

So I’m in line here right now. And have been for like 10 minutes. People in front of me have left. It’s not the employees fault, they’re working hard but there’s only 3 back there I can see and this place is busy. Whoever the manager /scheduler is should be ashamed for understaffing during lunch and making the employees take the heat from irate customers

Incomplete packaging, out of many menu items, then the menu items they had, i didn’t get all of it in the bag. The cole slaw was soured, the biscuits non existent, the all white meat meals had thighs and drum sticks… bad service and food is why we stopped going to the location near our home in Concord, we will not use this location again either. All of this before 5PM.

Arg. Unfortunately I need to deduct a star for this particular KFC due to some recent inconsistent food quality and attention to detail. Location-wise and the friendliness of the workers here are still good though. I asked for a ten-piece with half original fried and half grilled to go. Turned out it was all fried! That wouldn’t be so bad except the quality wasn’t the best. Overcooked and dry meat despite having decent seasoning on the breading. My bad for not verifying the order before leaving the store, but I shouldn’t have to if they have decent quality control.

Brother and I were driving down San Ramon Valley Blvd as few days ago when we decided to stop and get some KFC. We wanted something simple and easy to eat while driving so we decided to get the Chicken Little’s. They are very good and tasty; piece of chicken with mayo and a pickle plus some sauce on a small oblong bun. The price is good too…$ 1.39 plus tax. For an easy snack stop by KFC and get the Chicken Little’s.

I have a mixed review. While filling my order the person dropped the chicken on the floor, when she came out she really didn’t offer a solution so I asked if they could cook another batch which they said takes 20 minutes. I made a comment that hopefully they would do something for me due to the server’s incompetence for making me wait 20 minutes. A person doing some work by the front counter(I am not sure if they work there, are part of management or just a maintenance person) said«well at least she didn’t just serve it to you». When I asked have they done that before and is that acceptable the person didn’t say yes or no just mumbled if it was me I wouldn’t serve you. What I thought they might offer for making me wait was a free drink or dessert but nothing was offered not even an apology. When I got home with the take out they had forgotten part of the order. I called and talked to the manager, she did offer to make things right when I next return and was very generous with an apology and wanting to make it right. This location has some really good employees maybe the person who dropped the food was having a bad night. There is no excuse for how the person who confronted me acted or what they said. Hopefully this person is not part of KFC family. I will try this location again and will provide a second review based on that experience.

Whenever I decide to go to KFC, all I ever expect to get is heartburn. Why do I get sudden urges for KFC? No idea, but here’s my take on this particular KFC: The Good: — The workers were super nice and friendly. — Conveniently located across the street from one of my favorite bakeries in town, Café Attila.(Why I decided to get lunch here instead of said favorite bakery? They have a drive thru… which leads to the bad.) The Bad: — The drive thru is never open. I’ve come on several occasions and at different times of the day(night time, lunch time, etc.) and the drive thru is never open. I always have someone ask me to park and come inside defeating my usual purpose of going to KFC to begin with… convenience. It’s like the drive thru is there just for decoration and lures unsuspecting folks, such as myself, into thinking I won’t have to step out of my car in my crappy pajamas when all I wanted was a chicken pot pie to drop into my lap. But I digress… The Ugly: — When getting my food to go, there’s never anything in the bag other than said food. Napkins? Gotta ask for it! Ordered a chicken pot pie? What do you mean you need a fork?! Yep, it’s that kinda place. — DIRTY. This place is just plain dirty. Restaurant impossible needs to come here and take out the soda machines for a good bleaching. Except for the one by the non functioning drive thru window. That one’s broken. I know because I watched as water leaked and sprayed while waiting for my food(because you know, the drive thru was closed and I had to go inside to witness the filth first hand.)

Alright so last night I was in a food trip kind of mood. Ate at in n out and had a great time. Decided to go next block to KFC San Ramon. I ordered«Extra crispy chicken thighs» #2 on the menu. I sat on the table and ate part of the skin and it was stale so I thought they gave me original(looked old tho). I asked for replacement and the guy gave me one and he was even arguing with me that he gave me one crispy and one original. I said, «you want me to bring it up to you?» Then he gave me 2 then. It looked crispy but dark which should mean its overcooked, old or whatever that”s not good. I ate part of the skin first again and it was soo stale. Looked crispy but dark and I ate it I HADNOCHOICE. And ate it. I was so unsatisfied and they broke KFC’s reputation to me. No wonder no one was eating when I was there. inside the restaurant feels uncomfortable to eat too and they don’t have updated cash register. Coins they gave me for change came from a cup!

Food for cheap that taste the same everytime. The staff here was nice and polite. Two combo deals and a sandwich for 13 bucks. Haven’t been to one of these in like twenty years. hope my stomach hold up tonight. The BBQ chic sandwich was over cooked and tasted like thick day old BBQ sauce. Will stick to the 2 piece original crispy.

Maybe because I grew up eating KFC but I still enjoy a nice greasy piece of KFC chicken. Ever since I was little it was a treat on Saturday when we would go to KFC and get a bucket of Fried Chicken. Yes, the epicurean experience has progressed and there are so many choices of foods. It’s not weird that we all go back to food that we grew up eating as kids. And the good thing is that the KFC in San Ramon still makes chicken as I remember when I was a child. Although, many of you may think that KFC is not palatable per your culinary standards but food and taste is relative. There are thousands of successful KFC stores through out the world, not because everyone thinks its’ gross. They have been successful by making the same chicken, same flavor, the same consistency for 50 years. Sure the French Landry has a great Roasted Chicken. But for $ 10 bucks a whole bucket chicken, served in 3 minutes and a store in every 5 mile radius, no reservations and a drive through you can’t beat it. Some of the best food that I have ever had are from street vendors in the countries and ghettos that some people would not even think about getting a meal. KFC San Ramon is good and makes KFC chicken. The service is fast, the food is consistent.
