Park Place

Let me start off by saying, the location of this complex could not be more perfect! On one side of the complex is Crow Canyon gardens, and the other, our local police station and fire department– as well as easy access to the 680 freeway, and important stores like Target, Costco, and Trader Joe’s. :) The complex itself is also quiet and most neighbors are very friendly. However, we have consistently been disappointment by management. Time and time again phone calls don’t get returned, nor emails responded to. Unfortunately, since management doesn’t work on site at the complex, they don’t seem to make this complex a priority in terms of taking care of their residents. The maintenance staff are VERY friendly and very helpful– unfortunately it’s the management that fail to communicate with residents. I would say the community, location, and complex itself has been a positive experience! Just don’t expect to have things fixed, or hear a response from management in a timely manner. The most honest review I could give!

This place is amazing! They have on site service, a 24 hour emergency hotline, great location next to a creak, park, and community garden. The Police Station and Fire Dept are only a block away (you never hear them). We have lived here for 2 years and would recommend Park Place to everyone.
