Broke my Iphone 6 screen and digitizer last week. Not only did I receive a fair price, but I was not charged to replace the digitizer. I had to run to the bank to withdraw cash and by the time I was back (10 – 15 minutes). He was already done.
Extremely fast service and very friendly. Would highly recommend

Walk in a few minutes before closing on a Saturday and they were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They gave us an explanation of what needed to be fixed, quoted a price and kept to it. Will most certainly use them again.

Awesome job and quick too! Normally going to an Apple Store you’d expect to leave the phone there for them to work on, but he does it right there and then. He replaced my iPhone 5s with a slightly water damaged screen and fixed the camera in under a half hour. Very friendly and pricing is affordable compared to other screen repair places.

I pulled the pins out of my S4 Active SIM slot when I was monkeying around with a nano SIM and a make shift adapter. They tried to replace it with one of the part in stock but found out it didn’t match. So they ordered the part for me abd replaced it the day after. Very efficient and friendly. Price was also reasonable.

Just visited R&S Cellular Solutions to get some work done on my phone. Went to a different place first and was told it can’t be done!!! Came here and five minutes later walked out a very happy customer, can’t remember guys name but he was very nice and helpful, will bring future problem here!!!

Had the parts for my daughters 5c in stock. I called a few places and they had the best price for the repair and sounded very nice and competent over the phone. He was able to fix our phone in about 10 minutes while we waited. The owner obviously cares about his business and his customers. He treated us great, made nice conversation while he fixed our phone, and got us on our way.

R&S did an excellent job fixing my iPhone 4S screen. It took 40 min and $ 65 to get it done nice and clean!

I shattered the glass on my iPhone 5 and needed a quick repair. He was one of the few people that answered the phone when I was calling phone repair businesses. It was about ninety dollars to repair, but the repair only took ten minutes. The owner was friendly and helpful. If you need a convenient and efficient phone repair I’d recommend this place.

Ryan did a great job disassembling and diagnosing a bad charging port on my Note 3 and was very reasonably priced! ** Side note is that Sprint gets negative three stars for failing to show signs of intelligent life after spending way more time in their Pleasanton store

Ryan did a great job fixing a cracked screen on my Galaxy Note 2. His quote came in 30 dollars less than the next closest competitor and was 80 dollars less than at least one other location.
He didn’t have the piece in stock but got it within a few days and gave me a call when the part came in. I am writing this review from my fixed phone, which feels as good as new. Overall, I was very happy with the service he provided and I would recommend him to others.

The knowledge these guys have in both iphones and androids is profound. I brought them my android phone which I thought I completely ruined through software tampering but they were able to fix all the problems with out any problem.

My daughter’s IPhone 5 phone stopped charging, so I went to Verizon and they told me the pins on the charger port were almost all stripped and that it needed to be replaced. They could not fix it because the warranty expired. They then referred me to Mobile Device Repair in Dublin. I went there and the kid told me he thought the price was $ 50 for a new port and then he went into the computer and then said it was $ 74 after tax. I never had a cell phone fixed so I just figured it was the going rate. It was Saturday and he said the guy who repairs them will be in on Monday to fix it. I then come in on Monday and then they told me they are out of ports and have to order one. He said it will be here on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and they call me and said the part has not come in yet. He now said the part could come as late as Friday. I come in on Friday and the part is still not in yet. Now I am super pissed. They then called me on Saturday and said my phone is ready. I come in and they have no charger to show me if my phone charges or not. Finally after 10 minutes they find one. The phone does charge now, but the phone speaker now does not work. They said the port is defective and it would take 3 to 5 days to get another port. I was furious. I asked for my money back and then left. This is the same place that got 4 out of 5 stars on Unilocal.$ 74 for this horrible service. Not happy!
I was then desperate and the closest place was R&S Cellular Solutions, which only got one star on Unilocal.I called and the owner told me to come on by and he would help me. I got there near closing time and he said don’t worry I will stay after working hours to help you out and get your phone up and running. He only charged me $ 45, which was $ 30 cheaper then Mobile Device Repair charged me. He was really down to earth and really wanted to do his best to help me. I was how the heck did this guy only get 1 star on Unilocal.He provided great customer service with a great price and the phone is working perfect now. I am so grateful that I found this shop. I will only go here from now. I need to get my Ipad 2 screen fixed and he quoted me price that was $ 30 cheaper then I got quoted from Mobile Device Repair in Dublin. I so recommend this place,!

I was randomly walking by and I needed some work on a small chip on my ipad screen. While I was waiting the guy working there (can’t remember his name) was really helpful and I think I got a fair price and it was done on time.

Don’t go there! The employee was so unprofessional in so many ways. I went in for a screen repair and he ended up breaking my phone! I should have known when I dropped my phone off, he didn’t even recognize it as an Iphone 5. I had to spend three hours at Apple the next day to get a new one, thank goodness it was under warranty.

I completely busted my iphone screen and needed it fixed ASAP because its my only phone that I use for business. Every hour I am offline costs me money. I stopped by the local ATT store and was really dissapointed by how long it would take and also how much it would cost to get my iphone 4S back up and working. I did a quick search and discovered R & S, a local repair shop and was pretty blown away by how quick they got my phone up and running without losing all my phones data including my photos and everything that i would have lost if i had sent my phone back. The owner Ryan? fixed it right on the spot. Pretty inexpensive option and its good as new.
I highly recommend going back to this shop.
