Great service with simple clear options and straight forward setup once received. The txt message option is very handy to have. Limited office hours for pickup in person but the 2day fedex option works just fine when planning ahead. I will use this again!

My wife recently travelled to Ecuador on a service mission. She was located in the Andes mountains for two weeks. It was crucial that we remain in daily contact. I called
and spoke to Macy Zavala, who identified himself as a partner with the company. I explained my situation and he assured me that with one of their phones, my wife would have no problems in communicating with me on a daily basis. He suggested one of two phones. I paid $ 160+ for the rental. The phone did not work properly and lost the signal repeatedly after 20 – 30 seconds. When I called Mr. Zavala, he told me that I hadn’t rented the best phone, the equator may cause signal problems and. of course, there is a NO REFUND policy regardless of how the phone functions. I asked if we would compromise on the cost and he said no. He offered a discount at a future rental, as though I would ever rent from this company again. I would be very wary to do business with this company as they do not stand by their products and have no interest in customer satisfaction. My suggestion is that you not go to this company for a satellite phone. You may be better off using a reputable company like Verizon.

Rented a sat phone for a cruise to Alaska. Ordering process over the phone was easy and phone arrived on time. Phone and case were in great condition. Almost like new. We didn’t really need the phone on the trip but tested it before leaving and it worked fine. I was happy that I was able to drop it off rather than having to ship it back.
