I love this Subway! I used to come here every Monday after swim practice, and the workers actually recognized me and my order. I came back the other day, and they still remembered me! It’s such a nice feeling to know that they value their customers. P. S. I recommend getting double meat if you’re an athlete. Nothing like a hearty dose of protein after practice.

I stopped in tonight to grab a sandwich. There was nobody else in the store. The clerk was up front working on something. He didn’t look at me, but he did acknowledge that he would be with me shortly. I walked over to the counter and looked at the tuna. I couldn’t believe they’d serve someone tuna with so much water in it. I decided to eat somewhere else. I told the clerk that the tuna was way too watery for me, and I walked out. Still, no eye contact. And no response whatsoever. I guess he’s used to it? I can’t believe people tolerate such low quality, especially with other Subway stores nearby.

Awful service… put my sandwich in the oven to be toasted even though I never asked for a toasted sub. He then took it out with all the cheese melted into the bread and then told me it was ‘ok’…and continued to make the sandwich. At which point I told him again I don’t want it toasted. He just threw the sandwich away and refused to make another… talk about customer service. Maybe this is what customer service is like in india. shame on you subway. You should train your franchisees on customer service before. .oh well. Go at your own risk

Employees are rude and would not stop talking among themselves while I was ordering. Unfortunately this is not my first visit. I should have learned from past visits. They are so annoyed by the customers, they don’t pay attention to the order. Napkins are not included and their attitude is worse when you ask for some. During my recent visit, a training consultant and an inspector from subway were visiting and suggested for me to fill out a survey online instead of listening to me for 2 minutes. I understand that it is fast food and the quality of service is not going to be great, but politeness and fresh ingredients should be the minimum expected.

Will never return to this location. Employees are completely rude, stingy, and seemed to be annoyed by you. I asked for more dressing and he gave me this dirty look like and then threw the dressing bottle back. The way they make your sandwich is another story. I heard them make fun of other customers in their native language(I can understand Punjabi, but they don’t know that) and they also said that I want extra everything(in their language) and laughed at me. They lack customer service big time and are stingy! I will never go back to eat here. I have had better customer service experience at crow canyon, santa rita, and regional st locations.

Horrible service and very rude employees! They acted very annoyed while we were ordering our food. The guy making my sandwich wasn’t listening to me and I had to stop him multiple times from putting the wrong things on my sandwich. We will not be coming back to this subway.

One star for taking Apple Pay especially when you leave home without your wallet! They completely skimp out on their old looking produce and meat. Obviously profits are the most important thing here Secondly the place with filthy dirty. I ate there and as I was eating an employee came by to finally wipe tables. So guess what without me asking he wipes down my table. Gee how nice of him right? No, I was eating he didn’t ask if it was ok that he stop me from eating by moving my food so he could wipe the table. I had to hold my breath from his body odor as well. Lastly, every single employee was rude and never smiled. It’s like they hate their job but are forced to with there. So weird. Hope the owner steps up their game or good bye subway.

Fast service. Great location. The front and kitchen area looked clean. I will return here again. I like the fact that it’s next to Petes coffee and I can sit outside to enjoy my sandwich.

This Subway is under new management and was having a promotion for BOGO6″ sub or flat bread. I don’t normally eat at Subway, but I’m a sucker for deals. Plus, after seeing the commercial for Subway’s new chipotle chicken melt with guac, I thought this would be the perfect chance to try. There were three guys behind the counter and they seemed to still be working out some of the kinks of being new employees. One guy was berating one of the other guys about mixing up the sandwiches with the customers. Meanwhile, there wasn’t any type of flow in the sandwich making process. The two guys were bumping into each other in the little space. It seemed very disorganized and inefficient all together. It was very awkward to watch. Meanwhile, we ordered one turkey sub and of course the chipotle chicken melt with guac. I noticed that the quality and freshness of the fixins were average. The saddest part was that the guac was squeezed out from a little plastic bag. Not really living up to the motto eat fresh. Our sandwiches were put together rather sloppily. As for the taste, really nothing notable. The flat bread did have a nice texture and the guac had a lot of heat to it. Turkey sub was basic as well. Maybe I’ve been eating too many Whole Foods and Andersen’s sandwiches. I can’t help but compare. Yet, for around the same price, I wouldn’t go to Subway bc I get better service, product and value at other sandwich shops.

Another bad experience from this subway. Very disappointing. Same rude staff, nothing new. Try to cheat me on the meat again. I called him out then of course I hear him speaking in his native language to the other guy. If your going to get a sandwich from here, you should count how many slices of meat they put on. You should get 8 slices. This store is notorious for only giving 7 or less slices.

I’m a regular. Staff always greets me with a smile and knows my order by heart. They are quick which is nice because I visit on my lunch break. Tables are not always wiped down when I want to sit down and eat however so that’s why i did not give the full 5 stars.

I’ve been going here since it opened, and have been pleased every time. I usually arrive close to closing, but these guys always give a generous amount. From what I can see they keep the store clean and sanitized. They are always very nice to me, and you can’t walk into a Subway and expect great service. You’re walking into a fast paced restaurant where convenience is the primary focus. Cmon People!!! Nonetheless, great job so far guys. Just smile a little more often :)

Last time I was here I told myself I wasn’t coming back again, but thought I would give them a second chance today but I regret my decision. 1. They are rude and don’t pay attention to you. You have to repeat everything at least two times. 2. The quality of their sandwiches are poor. They barely give you any cheese. They don’t know how to evenly spread the sauces. It’s like I have to keep an eye on them while making them. I think they need more training in making sandwiches. I don’t think I’m giving them any more chances.

We have been here a total of 3 times. Each time gets worse. Lesson learned. Not coming back to this location. 1.) Employees are not very friendly 2.) They are stingy. They barely give you any meat on your sandwiches and do not offer napkins! 3.) They do not honor promotions

I had my friend pick up my sub for me so I can’t really say much about the service here! I got some Subway because there was a bogo sale! I got the steak and cheese sandwich, which turned up to be about 6 inches, as expected. The first thing I thought when I opened it up was«whoa now that’s a lot of lettuce.» The whole sandwich was OVERFILLED with an incredulous amount of lettuce, more than I would’ve preferred. After picking out a majority of the lettuce, I proceeded to eat my lunch. Luckily, it was a bit warm to the touch. The bread that it was put in was rosemary, which had a light flavor, which I liked. The steak was okay and the cheese was okay.
