We went there less than 10 mins before closing the guy work there was nice enough to let us sit and eat there while he closed. He was very generous with the portions. I felt bad because he had already put away some of thing items and dressings but he took them all out for us. Great customer service! I will definitely return to this place!

We recently visited this Subway and were greatly disappointed. The sandwich content bore no resemblance to the advertising. My wife had a roast beef sandwich that contained one thin slice of beef and lettuce filler. I had a tuna fish sandwich that had a thin layer of tuna together with lettuce filler. This is not the first time we’ve been disappointed in this Subway but it is our last as we won’t return. Additionally, the staff act as though they’re doing you a big favor by serving you. Either Subway is deceptively advertising or this store is seriously cutting corners.

Pretty bad. I don’t know how you can mess up a sandwich that’s basically made the same way in every location across Calif but somehow they manage to. Seems family run and untrained workers? Not sure. Friendly enough but in the end the sandwich went into the garbage. Used to be better.

Wow, what a disgusting experience. I walk in to order a 12″ sub and see a lady sitting on the floor in the back with her hands on the floor. She stands up and barely wets her hands before she picks up the gloves. Naturally, her filthy hands are all over the outside of the gloves. Disgusting. She was going to make a sub without thoroughly washing her hands and after touching the outside of her gloves with dirty hands . I’ll never visit this Subway shop again as they embrace unsanitary conditions.

I can’t believe I’m writing a review of a Subway, but the experience at this location in Danville was memorable. Very fast service in a tiny store. The food was the same as every Subway ever, but they seem to find a way to be more expensive than every other Subway I’ve ever seen. It’s Subway… in Danville… not Paris.

I come here once in a while after a long day at school to get a yummy sandwich, fast. I usually come around 9:50pm on my way home. Today I came by at 9:42 and they were closed! So just fyi — call before coming in. Other than that, the people that work there are nice and the place seems clean.

Came here for a morning bite. I thought eat healthy instead of a McAnything. I went for a Subway breakfast sandwich, its got veggies, right? So I order a steak egg and the bill comes out higher than expected. I ask the lady why is there a price difference and she replied, its the tax. Not by 18%. Then she says toasting costs extra. I give her my best Spock raised eyebrow impression and the guy behind making the sandwiches takes over and refunds me the difference. He’s honest but one star off for trying to BS a pricing mistake. Unilocalers check your receipt.

I never like writing negative reviews, but given my disappointment with this Subway I felt it necessary. I am six months pregnant and find the Subway veggie sandwich to be a great way to get some much needed nutrients(not to mention I really do love the taste!) I stopped in at this location for the first time this past Sunday with my husband and two year old daughter to order sandwiches to go for a Father’s Day picnic. I ordered my customary veggie sandwich and asked the representative to include everything on it, stressing«everything.» Pretty self-explanatory, right? I was unable to watch her make it, however, as I was keeping an eye on my toddler. We left with the sandwiches, arrived at our destination and I eagerly unwrapped it. To my dismay, the veggie sandwich consisted of lettuce, cheese and a few pepperoncinis. Nothing else. There were NO veggies anywhere on the sandwich — no cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, etc. It was literally a lettuce and cheese sandwich. On any given day I would have been slightly upset, but having just paid for a footlong veggie sandwich and given my current starving pregnant status, a lettuce and cheese sandwich was not going to cut it. No one wants to deal with an unhappy, starving pregnant woman, especially not on Father’s Day! Although this Subway is located conveniently close to my house, I have no intention of returning. For those who do decide to visit, I highly encourage you to monitor the progress of your sandwich carefully!

Hard to understand the negativity here. This is an excellent subway location, the food is fresh, and the lines(if any) always move fast. You get a consistent product for a very reasonable price. The staff has always been nice to me. Parking is easy and the food is 10x better than the fast food place across the lot. Personally I prefer the competing sandwich shop near Safeway, but nothing wrong with this place.

Rude owner, rude employees. No one speaks or understands English. The bread here is ALWAYS!!! ALWAYS!!! HARD. Soccer fields are close by so I have several times in the past 8 years visited this store. Each time worse than the last. It is the only«fresh, make your own» type business in this area. What a nightmare. Not for the squeemish… this is a warning… we sat this past weekend at the table made to be wheelchair accessible. The ONLY one by the employee entrance to the counter… nasty, slimy, b**gers, smeared on the wall. I always felt the place needed a cleaning, now I know they just DON’T clean, PERIOD. YUCK!!!

This Subway is gross. I’ve eaten here twice, once for a sandwich and once for soup. Like my quick tip says, the soup tastes like pee. Nasty, old, odd colored pee. The sandwich was funky. What’s with the weird bread that squishes down to the thickness of a napkin? I don’t care that it’s freshly baked if it’s mostly air. Anytime I see a coworker bring in subway, I cringe knowing everything’s about to smell like rotten onions. While it may seem over the top to give low stars when it seems like I don’t like Subway’s at all(I don’t), the bad review is motivated by the old soup.

If you call a place and ask if they take orders over the phone and give the place 20 minutes notice, do you think they would have your food ready when you arrive? Well, not this Subway. I did exactly that and arrived to find I had to wait for them to make my sandwich. And then, they got it wrong! I said no olives and just mayo. I never mentioned mustard. If you didn’t want to take my order over the phone you should have said, «we don’t take phone orders» when I asked. Oh well…

It is a very easy meal that is great. The servise is good and the employes are sanitary. TIP: Get the feast on Italian herb and cheese with what ever toppings you enjoy as long as you have honey mustard on it!

This Subway has been here for a very long time. It stays consistent and I have never had any problems with the food here. It is family owned and the employees are really nice. They accept almost any subway coupon you bring them. Over all it is a good Subway to eat at.
