Their website states«no job to big or small». I called to get help with a small block fence repair where a few blocks had been knocked off and just needed to be cemented back on. I called and they said they have a $ 480 minimum on any call and couldn’t help with my small job. He also couldn’t provide me with any guidance who to call other then a suggested finding a handyman.

Wow! Watch them closely. I think they are use to working with older folks that don’t care about the quality of work. I’m older and do care. They lack good communication skills and caring about the quality of their their work. These folks contract their work out and do not know their product nor do they care. The workers they hired… were lazy. work from 8:00 to 2 with lots of breaks… and spilled concrete on our gravel lawn and didn’t even blink at cleaning it up. This was the least of the issues. They installed a gate from another company… that had rusty bolts and the the plywood used was majorly knotted up. I guess they don’t used stainless and all gates are untreated. This was their standard gate and unacceptable. I asked for redwood(still untreated which is fine but looks better).and finally got stainless instead of rusty nuts and bolts. The womyn made a comment like I was being hard to please and all I wanted what quality work for what I paid for. There was a lot of issues but the main thing was communication and follow thru. I would look elsewhere… if you use them watch there workers very very closely. Look closely at the product… especially the gate… am I happy? I’m happy it’s over.

Don’t waste your time with this company like we did! Had an appt for the owner, Dave Decker, to look at a block wall repair in our back yard, scheduled for a Friday at 2pm. Dave was a no show. Waited 1 ½ hrs and called his office. He apologized, said he had been busy at a job and FORGOT about the appt with us. We rescheduled with him for Monday, same time(2pm), and again, NOSHOW, no call. Waited 1 ½ hrs, and again called his office and spoke to his partner, Jeannie. He called us back immediately, apologizing for forgetting us again and telling us that he’s been«just swamped» with work and forgot about our appt. He didn’t offer to reschedule, so apparently our job was too small and our time(both days) wasn’t important to him. A waste of 2 afternoons waiting for this inconsiderate and unreliable business owner! Perhaps Jeannie could remind him of appts and call people with a «heads up» if he’s running late. Shouldn’t be a hard thing to do!
