Thought i was the only one who felt like they were being arrogant. I was about to exchange something without a receipt he was like I can’t take this because it’s wrinkly and he was like it looks like it’s has been worn already and smells different of course it would smell different because it was on the paper bag inside my closet. And he seems like disgusted while examining the shirt that I’m trying to exchnge. Wish they knew that their location is an outlet and not on a fancy location like fashion valley.

People are so rude here and they don’t even know English so I don’t know what the deal is.

My dad loves Lacoste’s classic piqué polo shirts. I think he’s aiming to get them in every color imaginable. This place makes it a bit easier to do that, since their prices are significantly lower than Nordstrom’s or Macy’s or the Lacoste store in Fashion Valley. Color selection, especially in the Men’s section, is not much of a problem — although some specific sizes may not at all be available. Women’s apparel is a bit more limited but they always have great-looking sporty, casual stuff. This store also carries children’s clothing and many other accessories(e.g. caps, bags, shoes, socks). One can come in here and pick up a whole outfit, from head to toe. It’s always quite a surprise when you walk to the register and find out that some of your items have further reductions. I love that. And I also love that the staff here is always very helpful. They even have their own security guard! The incidence of theft there must be quite high. Thou shall not steal, kids.

Great store to shop for men. The women’s section is limited and very«tennis style», not that it’s bad, just not my type. But my husband found great shirts for really good prices.

Customer Services is everything in my book(thanks to Donna Karan Company Store in Hilton Head South Carolina(1995)). Although I am posting the aformentioned shout out this Unilocal is actually about Lacoste USA in San Ysidro. I was greeted twice upon five minutes of entering the store and truly felt acknowledged. I was so taken aback, in a good way, that I had to thank Renea, the manager(as I later found out) for acknowledging me as a customer. I explained to him that I patronize several stores in the shopping center and I am often ignored from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. I must note that every time I have visited Lacoste I am always greeted as if there is surely an article of clothing that may suit my style. A BIG! thanks to Renae and his staff. Keep up the good custoemer service.
