Standard chain barbecue. The staff at the bar were über-friendly.(Is using«über» as a prefix still a thing in 2015? Maybe only if you’re German? Well, Ich Spreche die Deutsche baby, so I’m off the hook!) You guys lose a star for forgetting the gravy on my to-go Chicken Fry order. BOO! :(Who in their right mind eats a dry Chicken Fry? Maybe I’m to blame for ordering Chicken Fry at a BBQ joint. I wonder how many times I can fit Chicken Fry in this review? Luckily I had a gravy packet handy in the cupboard, so it wasn’t the end of the world. The Chicken Fry was SAVED!

Nothing really going on here. Typical dry ribs and overdone brisket. Portions tend to be very small. I ordered the pecan pie and got ½ slice. Potato salad taste like out of a supermarket, canned beans blah blah blah. The ray of sunshine was my server Amanda. A bubbly, people oriented young lady that was genuinely interested in doing her job correctly! I wish I could get the same level of service at some of the high end restaurants that I have been to.(note to manager, promote her so that she could train others how to wait tables) There you go, 3 stars, not bad, but nothing to walk any distance on broken glass for!

Stopped in for lunch and had the baby back combo, it was excellent the meat fell off the bone there was no need for a knife to eat it, the coleslaw was fresh and the bake beans well I try the cowboy bake beans and did not like so I had the sweet bake beans and that made the meal a excellent fit bottom less ice tea. The waitresses and staff were very friendly and made sure your meal was correct before it got to the table.

Diane was the best waitress we have ever seen. She goes above and beyond to make sure our meal is a great experience. We love Rib Crib and enjoy sitting in her area because she always takes great care of us. Oh Yea! the food is awesome too.

Not sure what the fuss is about… typical chain BBQ. Service was meh, BBQ was meh, I was dragged there with customers so what’evs.

I’ve eaten there about 4 times now. Service has always been friendly and prompt. The only time I has problems with an order was when an order of pulled pork was a Lil on the gristle side. The waitress brought us another order with about twice the meat. Score one for Rib Crib. For a chain restaurant the Q isn’t the bad. The reason we keep going back is because the staff always goes out of their way to entertain my 1 year old and 3 year old. My 3 year old is crazy about the place. If you want a kid friendly place, this is it.

A good place for some decent chain BBQ. Better than Famous Daves imo. The chopped brisket was on point for sure. Prompt service, friendly staff. Very good quick lunch for sure.

This is a good place if you like BBQ. Rib Crib is a chain so most people are familiar with it. The waiting staff is usually very friendly and timely so perhaps the other reviewer showed up on a bad night.

The service at this location is so diffident it doesn’t matter how the food is. Went for lunch last weekend. Hostess ignored us and spent a few minutes punching into the computer before she even said hello. Got seated and ordered, when the food came one order was incorrect and one order was incomplete. This would not be a deal breaker except the same thing happened the last time we went there; stand at the door and wait to be acknowledged and served cold food by a server who disappeared for 30 minutes. Left a comment on their website, never heard anything. The Rib Crib used to be good, IMO it has suffered by going corporate and there is not enough control over food and service, particularly in the Sand Springs store.
