Pretty good food and quick service the wait staff was friendly and attentive… But when we went in for lunch today the place had flies buzzing all over the place… It’s not typically that way but it was disappointing to see none the less

What a disgusting place to eat. It was dirty, the food was flavorless and overpriced. I wouldn’t normally review a Rib Crib but I feel it is important to steer good folks away from this one.

Food was delicious, the brisket had a perfect texture and the pulled pork was so flavorful. Wonderful service as well. (Fries a bit soggy but the meats were amazing and that’s what we came for)

In a word: Repulsive.
I spent many years in the restaurant business so I am usually sympathetic on dining reviews but this place was just disgusting. It was so bad that I had to contact the business to provide feedback and filed a complaint with the health department.
The booths and décor were covered in dust and grime. The server was in desperate need of a shave and a clean shirt, it looked like he just got off a previous job at Jiffy Lube. He took our order with slimy hands and disheveled note pad.
The food arrived and the plates had grease and fingerprints all over the rim. The food was well below average. The onion rings were the only thing worth eating. The more I ate, the more I observed filth and became repulsed. The server brought my daughters ice cream and he had ice cream running down his hand to his forearm, I almost puked!

Out of all the Rib Cribs I’ve been to this one seems to be the best. I always get seated as soon as I walk through the door which makes it number one on my list. The food is always good and if I had to complain about any item it would be the fries. Lots of sides to choose from so I get something else. Service is excellent and the people are friendly.
