If you are looking for what Logan’s has to offer, you should expect 5 stars. What they have to offer is grilled or fried meats and almost everything else but the rolls made in a microwave. The service is okay, and the drinks aren’t too bad. It will do if you can’t afford anything better, evidenced by the fact many customers look like they just busted out of prison. The restaurant smells sour and the employees look miserable.

If negative stars were possible that’s what this Logan’s would receive. We waited for food for 45 minutes after we received salads. We were at the table for almost two hours and when we finally got food, a chopped steak was burnt and one of the chicken fries was raw in the middle and the rest of the food was cold. Terrible service, terrible food! the manager took the raw chicken fry off and asked what we expected him to do about it!

This place is receiving 2 stars for its drinks. Everything else wasn’t worth it. The server didn’t seem like she wanted us there nor wanted to be there herself(it was Easter so maybe that was it). The food had horrible presentation, the broccoli was over cooked, the rice pilaf was barely there and the shrimp tasted watery. The place is incredibly clean and does have a nice manager walking around. I’ll probably go back for the drinks, but will stay clear of the food.

It’s steak, it is what you’re supposed to do correctly. Ordered medium came out well done. Was sent back and in the time it takes to grill 4 steaks back to back at medium… nothing. Terrible. Go elsewhere.

Husband and I stopped at neighborhood Logan’s after 8 pm on Valentine’s day after coming home from a long car trip because he wanted a steak. It was not full, and there was plenty of wait staff on duty. We got right in, they took our drink order for tea, we asked for peanuts, and drinks and peanuts quickly delivered. That was the high point of the evening. He saw a special for a Moonshine Trio, which was a sirloin steak, some fried shrimp called Carolina Shrimp, and 2 skewers of grilled shrimp, served with rice pilaf. I ordered a ribeye with caesar & baked potato. Once our orders were given, it was a long wait for salads, a basket of 2 rolls, and no tea refill for hubby. We ordered around 8:20, yet didn’t get our entrees until 9. When a server(not our waitress) brought the plates, we were stunned to see his dinner. The server asked us to cut into steaks to check doneness, and we were both so tired of waiting we told him it was ok. Hubby’s plate was a joke. For $ 22, he got a cold, medium well, tough steak, 4 or 5 pieces of small, greasy, cold fried shrimp, and 2 skewers of small, tough, inedible grilled shrimp served over about a tablespoon of pilaf on each side of the plate. His tea glass had been empty for about 20 minutes, and he finally got a refill when the food runner brought our meals and asked if we needed anything else. My steak was thin on one side, thicker in the center, and edges were burned black and dry. At least the potato was delicious. Hubby ate his tough steak, about half of mine, and one of the cold greasy fried shrimp(I ate one myself, as well as one horrible dried out grilled shrimp). We sat at the table for a good 10 minutes after he finally gave up, waiting to get our ticket. When the waitress finally showed up after not having any contact with us for about an hour, she asked if he wanted a «to go» box for his shrimp. He told her no, at which time I chipped in by telling her that his seafood was inedible and his entire meal was cold and nasty; her reply was«well, alllllll right then». He said«just bring my check so we can get out of here, and we will never be back». We sat there another 5 minutes, when up comes the manager. He asked what the problem was, we told him the meal was pretty much inedible. Manager said he thought it must have been ok because my hubby ate the steak; he replied that we were hungry and got tired of waiting. After calling Hubby«buddy» about a dozen times, which we both loathe, manager did comp our meals and admit they dropped the ball but by then we had already decided never to go back. We have had some less than excellent meals there before, but this one was the final straw. We live 2 minutes away from the restaurant, but don’t care if it was in the backyard, we won’t go back. All in all, it was 9:30 before getting home.

Of the Steakhouses in the Tulsa area, I’d put Logan’s at or very near the bottom. The one at Tulsa Hills may anchor the list due to BAD and indifferent service, poor food quality, minimal beer selection — really there is no reason I’d go back nor recommend it to anyone. Our service was bad from the beginning — took way to long to even see a waitress although the place was practically empty(for good reason), drinks were wrong(it’s bottled beer — how tough can that be to get right), food was badly cooked(tough and tasteless), and the check was wrong(added a couple of extra beers that we never saw) — Overall I’d go to vending machine before I’d think of returning to Logan’s(anywhere).

Bad service. Asked for order before we had our drinks. Took awhile for everything. Then when presented, there was like two pieces of broccoli with my steak. Steak was OK. Asked for another beer after dinner came out, never came. Waiter blamed bar then manager came and gave me the beer at no charge.

Our dinner experience was wonderful from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out. The hostesses were friendly and eager to help out and treated my 10 year old son like a person. Our waiter, Garrett, was perfect. He was campy enough to be fun and serious enough to allow us to enjoy our time together at the table. Our steaks were cooked exactly to order and the entire staff worked as a team to make sure my son and I were well taken care of. Yes, it really was THAT enjoyable AND on a Saturday night no less! We will be back.

Interesting place. If you’re looking for a low calorie, clean white tablecloths, and fancy dressed staff, this isn’t your place. The Roadhouse name is appropriate. Peanut shells on the floor, a bucket of roasted peanuts on your table so you can add to the décor, open wood grain tables and booths, with accents of wire and mesh. Nice high ceilings give the place an open feeling. They start you off with soft, warm dinner rolls, dripping with butter with a small cup of butter on the side. Very tasty. Most dinner entrees come with a salad and one side. I had the Caesar salad and it was drenched with dressing — which in this case, was a good thing as it has a very mild flavor. Sticking with the Roadhouse theme, it’s a good sized salad. One person in our party ordered the flavored ice tea. They bring it in a closed Mason jar, shaking it on the way to the table — nice presentation and she enjoyed the flavor. Two of our steaks were over cooked but they did replace them. The sweet potatoes were good with the cinnamon and butter. The mac and cheese was ok, could use a little more pop(sharp cheddar?) the cheese taste. They recooked both steak orders and it included a fresh side as well. I had the 9 oz filet, for $ 21, it was enjoyable, and as mentioned above, includes a salad and a side. If you want a $ 50 filet, go to one of the expensive steak places and pay extra for your side and salad, but for the price, I’d try it again. Hope you have a good experience. Enjoy!

We come to this Logans on a regular basis and the food went from always very good to hit and miss. Now it seems like mostly misses. Its a real shame because I like almost everything here on the menu a lot! The last visit was a disappointment with the food being served lukewarm and not worth finishing. The overall quality really seems to be on a downward slope at this location. The service has always been below average here. I think its either lack of training, incompetentcy or both. I dont know if its the kitchen or the waiting staff that is letting the food sit too long. But, average food along with bad service has a tendency to make a customer not want to return. Please, someone at this location get it together and do some quality control so we can return again and enjoy the great food you once had.

Last few times I have been here they have come up short. I had the NY Strip and it was very tough. I’m pro 2nd amendment, but something there kind of changed my mind about open carry. The booth across from us had a group of people who were kind of rough trade. One of the men had what looked like a 9 mm on his hip. As they were waiting for their food to come out, the man with the gun pulled it out to show his buddy. They fiddled with it maybe 3 minutes but it seemed like and hour. We were so glad to see that gun back in its holster.

Maybe they changed management since my only visit here. Steak meat had to of been a roast cut, it was not sirloin or rib eye as we had ordered. Had lots of silver and gristle throughout the cut. What ever beef company is providing them meat is making a killing. Apparently managenent has never tried what they are serving, or a real rib eye. Complained of the quality, and was handed another 2 steaks that were worse than the first. Offered a 3rd, when U handed them the second one back after trying to saw off a bite. I will stick to Texas Road House, Jamils, and Eddy’s for real steaks.

Let me start with this: I am a really easy customer. I can handle a lot of negative things without becoming upset or complaining to management. However, I even reached my limit at Logan’s last night. First of all, we waited on our table for an hour and 10 minutes for what we were told should have been a 30 minute wait. We inquired a few times after the 45 minute mark and were lied to and put on the back burner as other groups, who came in WAY after us, were seated. After finally getting seated, we waited 10 minutes until our waiter showed up for a drink order. But we waited another 10 minutes to get those drinks. As if this wasn’t enough, when our food arrived it was cooked wrong and cold. Another member of our party got the wrong sides. And another never received her side even after asking several times. Ugh! I would have been more understanding if the place was swamped, but it wasn’t. I will give Logan’s one thing — they comped our meal after we complained about our experience. A lot of restaurants wouldn’t do that… so that is nice. However, I left feeling exhausted and overwhelmed, which shouldn’t happen when going out to eat.

My wife and i went here on a whim after church. We had semi-horrible service and when the food finally came out, my burger was mcdonals quality. My wife’s burger was a little better but still not worth the price. We wont be back.

Absolutely the worst Logans I have eaten at ever. Ordered a Wednesday special which is a ribeye steak, shrimp skewer. I asked that the steak be cooked medium. It came to the table well done. Sent it back. The second steak came to the table medium well. All of the food was cold. At that point they removed the steak from the bill. I put it in a go box. Maybe the dog will eat it at home.

I love Logan’s!!! My all time fav restaurant !! I love all of the employees! They have the worlds best grilled chicken. And there rolls are to die for!!! I could eat there for every meal of every day! Go there NOW!!! Especially the one at Tulsa hills location! Amazing!

Horrible service! We experienced poor service on the last visit and decided to give them another chance. Big mistake! Upon arriving we were told there would be a 10 – 15 wait. Imagine our surprise when we noticed that half the tables were empty. After FORTYFIVEMINUTES we were finally seated. We sat at our table waiting another 15 minutes with no sign of a waitress. We noticed our waitress chatting with one of her friends sitting at the bar. She was complaining to her friend about the management while we sat there watching and waiting to be served. We finally had enough and left in disgust. There is absolutely no excuse for such poor service in these economic times in a highly competitive environment. We will never be back!

Horrible service. First did not get the salads we ordered then the food shows up undercooked. Celebrating my 20 year anniversary only to get bad service. Then get offered sides because the salads never made it to the table no thank you. Paid for my drinks and left. This was the 3rd time I have had bad or slow service at this location. This time I decided to write this review in hopes that no one else receives such bad service.
