I had their baked potato. The meat of choice, pulled pork. Their BBQ sauce is good. Sweet & tangy. The potato comes with cheese, sour cream, chives & butter. It’ll definitely leave you full. When I decided to come back, I’m definitely getting their two meat sandwich. The employees were friendly & on point with everyone. The place stayed pretty busy during lunch time.

I throw my hands up. I quit. After a lifetime of spending my hard earned money here I keep returning only to find myself saying I’m never going back over and over. It’s always something, most of the time it’s the ribs and catfish that keeps me going back… and it’s the same routine. Ribs are tuff and fish undercooked. This was once the best around, so sad. The only reason I didn’t give it a lower rating is the staff, they’ve also always been great.

Love… love…love the catfish. Oh and did I mention I love the catfish. The BBQ is ok but handsdown the catfish is the star of the show. The okra is also a big winner. Get yourself a full order of catfish with corn on the cob and okra. Finish up with peach cobbler and ice cream… heaven absolute heaven.

Has been a while since I ate here. I was not impressed with the barbecue but the catfish was good. Should feature catfish I’ve barbecue. Meat seemed tough and the sauce was too sweet. I would come back just for the catfish.

This is a good place for BBQ. I have been here several times. They have affordable lunch specials and their BBQ sandwiches are really cheap if you go through the drive-thru.

We had just landed in Tulsa anticipating a long drive to our hotel and had to get some food. We were hunting for another restaurant when we happened o n this place. Unilocaled it, Saw THE Rating And Couldn’t Resist Trying trying the local fare. Don’t let the casual atmosphere scare you… no plates are used, everything is served on trays with paper products. Immediately Saw Catfish(All You Can eat) And Fried Okra And I Was in. DH ordered all you can eat ribs and catfish, and we were hooked from the first bite. Everything is fresh and flavorful and plenty. Try the hush puppies they have a kick to them and are divine! Loved the catfish made breaded with special spices, homemade sauce. …ribs were tender and saucy. Again, no frills restaurant but DELICIOUS food and Great service.

Just don’t know where to start! Staff was fine. Water was good. BBQ left a bit to be desired. Wife and I both had the Assorted plate. Fish was the highlight. She gave me hers! Good! Bread was next thing on my wife’s plate that got good marks.(Her comment) They’ve got something that was ground up like taco meat with BBQ sauce poured on! Horrible! Just horrible. Not sure what it supposed to be. Ribs were way over cooked and dry as the bone they stuck to. Sausage was some cheap unknown brand with absolutely no flavor, except for the BBQ sauce. BBQ sauce is very good, but if you need it then the cooking has gone bad! Do not smother my food with BBQ sauce! Hides the taste of the meat. Beans were pork n beans with brown sugar, that wasn’t warm. Tabouli, wet and runny. Not good at all! My sweet potato was good! Cooked to perfection and hot enough to melt butter. Potato salad, not good. If you want to eat REALBBQ and are in the St Louis area, go to Pappy’s! Now that’s BBQ!

Nothing wrong with the location or the way the building looks. Friendly wait staff and good at their job. The food is good as long as you don’t use the sauce. I’ve heard people brag about how good the sauce is. I find the sauce tastes more like titanium dust in place of spices and herbs. Sorry Billy but the sauce just don’t cut it and barbecue without sauce just isn’t barbecue.

Great Food!!! Catfish is outstanding and the Okra is homemade and delicious. Barbecue is all good. My favorite is the pulled pork. Great Coleslaw too! Too many good things to say about this place.

Tangy sauce on baby back ribs with skinny french fries and Mountain Dew is a winner. …Waitress had lots of personality. …The building is OLD and you get the feeling you are in an authentic Bar B Q joint.

This BBQ place is in the middle of nowhere, but the meal was so good that even after I flossed, I ate the remains of the catfish and short rib stuck between my teeth. [ ];[ ][ ][ ] — — — – Hygiene Plug: Floss your teeth — — — – ** Elite Unilocaler Rita Y.‘s pointed out to me: Ever see men«wash» their hands? Turn on water, swipe fingers thru water in 1 sec. OK, clean! Yuck. Although I am a savage, I still remember to use soap and wash my hands thoroughly before and after each meal. *Raises my three cleanest fingers* and say«Scout’s Honor»

This place has awesome catfish. My family and I eat here every couple of months and I always get the catfish. Catfish is my favorite fish. This place does it right. Get a side of the hush puppies as well. The Bologna is great as well as the rest of the BBQ. The sauce rules. One of the best BBQ spots in Tulsa.
