Great owners who take pride in their product. Big selection for a small bakery. Cute but small seating space. I believe they do lunches now. Had bagel & Lox! Yum!

Very much NOT a gluten free bakery, as commonly advertised. Haystacks and macaroons do not a GF bakery make. 98% gluten-full with a couple novelty GF items«when in stock».

Smells amazing and looks amazing, sadly they don’t offer many gluten free treats at all like we had seen advertised.

My first visit. It’s a fun place. An old house fixed into a colorful structure inside and out. The selection appeared a little limited at the time of our visit which is 8:00am. My bear claw was huge and flakey vs the usual doughy type. My grande latte was good too. The young woman helping us was very friendly. We’ll be back since my son just moved in down the street.

mmmmmmmmm… we enjoy everything about this great, little bakery/coffeeshop. The barista, RIE(sorry if misspelled), was so entertaining, and makes a helluva latte. Bear claws like they should be. We went there almost every day, during our week in Sandpoint. A must go, and it’s on the bike path too!

I almost feel mean, but really, I don’t understand how my experience happened with so may positive reviews. Perhaps just a really bad day? So, being new in town, I need a birthday cake, nothing exotic, ¼ sheet(14×20″?) I call and ask for price on small basic cake with«Happy Birthday» written somehow. So, Pine Street, what is the price? She say’s: «$ 117.00″ I respond: No, I’m not being clear perhaps, just one small simple birthday cake, simple. She say’s: „One hundred and seventeen dollars“. I respond again, after catching my breath, „why?“ “We use real cream and butter» ROFL! I see, thank you… click.

So I’m with my family at my parents’ in Sandpoint and I thought I would see if there were any delicious bakeries nearby to pick up a nice little breakfast for everyone. I got on my handy app and found that there were three bakeries in town. This one seemed like the best option. It was easy to find and located in a cute building — there is a deck plus seating inside. I took a look at the cases inside the bakery and make my choices. They have lots of different croissants, cookies, cupcakes, bagels, cakes, etc. I think they offer pizza at lunch time but this was breakfast. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant(brother #2 had that one); a ham, egg, and cheese croissant(dad had that one); a spinach and feta croissant(brother #1 had that one); and two ham and cheese croissants(I had one of those and the other is for my mom). I also ordered a chocolate croissant and as soon as the kitchen is vacated I might give that a whirl. Everyone really enjoyed their croissants. As per instructions, I put them in the oven and heated them up a bit. I probably should have heated them up more for truly gooey cheesiness but they were fine. I liked mine though I could have used a little more cheese. All in all though it is definitely a happy find in this little corner of Idaho. Okaybye.

Amazing pastries, wonderful staff and some damn good coffee! Love the new owners and the new vibe. Very family friendly, and the seating upstairs is the perfect place to meet with friends or get some work done as they have great wifi.

Great place to pick up yummy treats! They are really reasonably priced, if not underpriced! The only thing is that I wish they were open later on Saturdays and open on Sundays. We usually vistit on weekends so the hours make it difficult if we get to town late on Saturday. Awesome place!

A real«old fashioned» community bakery. Nothing else in Sandpoint comes close. From beautiful artisan cakes and pastries to authentic recipe European breads and rolls, American favorites(sourdough even!), and lots of organic choices, this place ROCKS! Full espresso bar and sodas. Deck seating in summer, warm indoor seating in winter. I’ve been a weekly customer since they opened 6 or 7 years ago. Street parking only. Don’t park in front of the paint store. They get cranky.
