The Spot bus is a FREE, local bus that has two lines the Green line and Blue line. The blue is the one that helped us out so much because it picks you up from many locations in downtown Sandpoint and takes you up the Red barn where you then catch the bus that takes you up to Schweitzer Mountain. The Schweitzer bus is $ 3 per person but like I said the Spot is free. We are always looking for transportation before we book a destination to travel to because we hate renting cars. Thanks to this bus we were able to stay in beautiful Sandpoint and get around hassle free. The drivers were always friendly, great mode of transportation for this town and I hope it’s around for a long time!
