Poorly constructed. You can hear your neighbors open a can of pop. I think calling these luxury condos is a stretch.

– amazing urbane, sophisticated lofts with cherry/granite and stainless fully equipped kitchens, on Lake Erie within walking distance to many gourmet restaurants (J Bistro, Zinc, Crush wine bar). Harborfront pool, and decks. Quiet, elegant. Many full time residents (seemed to be retirees, physicians and nurses) Not many units took children (perhaps why it is so quiet). Unit with loft that sleeps 3 – 4 comfortably was $ 169 a night, much cheaper than crowded and often noisy, Cedar Point hotels.
