Great food except when someone else takes your order and the staff takes forever to replace it and it took 10 other customers to get their food while I stand for them to do what they have to decide to remake my order

They can’t get the order right! Everything tastes great but it won’t be what you ordered! We had to call and complain… They brought us another sandwich but they messed up the second sandwich also.

I love this place so much! I work at great wolf lodge almost right across the street. It’s extremely convenient that I can order from my phone on the app and is ALWAYS delivered quickly. I’ve never had to wait more that 20 minutes on a sub (except today). Today I ordered a sub before they opened and expected it wouldn’t arrive for another hour or so. I had my sandwich before 11:15 and they opened at 11:00. And my food is always amazing!

Went in to the local Jimmy Johns & hot another tasty sub quick & speedy. The way these guys push out sandwiches is always amazing.
Gonna have to start saying easy on the mayo though.

Went in soon after the grand opening. Wasn’t disappointed but not really blown away either. There wasn’t a lot that would set them apart from any other sub chain.
Quality ingredients, fresh bread, the usual. Staff was friendly and enthusiastic. Hope that it lasts throughout the opening.
Only bummer is they left the sprouts off one of our sandwiches.
