A great experience considering it is a chain. Prompt and energetic greeting by the GM, great server and the food is as expected. Only grip is the sides that you get«one scoop» of rice. Stop being chintzy!

The whole place smelled really fishy, we waited over 45 minutes, for a table when I seen like 10 empty tables we could of had. There wood grilled chicken had no flavor didn’t even taste like chicken. Are waiter kept messing up my meal. And he was incredibly sweaty which made me nervous that he’d get sweat in the food.

We just left the red lobster in SANDUSKY, OHIO. Our. Meals just didn’t see up to par. Our server Noël was very nice. We sent back most of our salads. Very mushy wilted lettuce. My fish and chips way overdone. Just not like most red lobsters!

Waited 5 minutes at hostess desk. I called the«call ahead» number in order to get someone to the desk and seat us. Waited 10 minutes at table until someone took our order. This level of service is unacceptable.

Service was friendly especially the hostess. Try as I might… I just don’t like the food at red lobster. Oh and don’t order the shrimp and scallop fettuccine… I swear those shrimps came out of a can!

First I would like to say the service is bad and I mean VERYVERYVERY bad. I was here for a friends B Day party and it seemed they just ignored our table of about ten. I ordered strip steak and it was very good. The only problem I had was the 18% charged on our bills for being with such a large group. I say its hit or miss with Red Lobster.

I’ve eaten at a lot of Red Lobsters in my life. My general outlook on this restaurant is negative. I usually come in with a group of others who’ve chosen the restaurant, and my expectations are naturally low. This particular location exceeded those expectations greatly. I started out with a dozen raw oysters on the half-shell and they were huge! I have never gotten oysters at Red Lobster before so I wasn’t sure what they’d be like, but I was impressed. Very fresh and delicious. Our waitress did not miss a beat, she did everything right except one little detail — she forgot to bring me extra butter for a few minutes but I did not get the chance to tell her before she realized it. We never ran out of drink or biscuits and everything was brought out in a timely fashion. The king crab legs I ordered were slightly overcooked but still delicious and sweet, and I am pretty sure they gave me more than the 1.5lbs that I was supposed to get. It is very likely that we will stop here again next time we are in town!

We had lunch here the other day, and we loved the Lobster Bisque… creamy, rich and delicious. I also ordered a dozen steamed oysters… and I thought they were overcooked, and had a lot of shell pieces around them… not the best… my fiancé ordered the Lobster Pizza, and it was less than impressive… sort of a one note flavor… no freshness to it, no distinct flavor of lobster or sauce or anything, just OK. Our server was awesome though, very friendly, and polite. Thank you.

The service was fast. Server knew what she was talking about and was a lot better service i have ever gotten from a Red Lobster. The food is the same except for what ever their«fresh catch of the day,» which was delivered, but thats at every Red Lobster. I will say except for the overly happy in your face«hey i am here to help» way of all of the workers; i will say this was a pleasant experience.
