Jay’s Liquor Mart

While on my way to a buddy’s lakehouse, I saw Jay’s Liquors and decided to pick up some beer for a day full of watching football with friends. Since Sandwich is kind of a small town, I surely didn’t expect their beer selection to offer much variety. However, when I walked through their front door, I was amazed to see so many brands in the coolers that lined the entire back of their store! They hold so many foreign and specialty beer that would rival any liquor store I’ve seen in Chicago, and many brands that I’ve never seen or heard of before, too. Prices were what I’d expect to pay for imports, so no surprises there.
Good prices, GREAT selection and a friendly clerk behind the counter made for a very pleasant visit… as pleasant as a trip to a liquor store can be, anyway.
