Simply put. These guys are amazing! I smashed my phone a few days prior to coming in to see David and Neil at Experimac and was looking to buy a new phone thinking my previous phone was a done deal. The guys were very welcoming and were quick to help. They not only took my phone and fixed the screen so I could actually see the screen but they also helped me buy a new phone altogether. I could of walked out with my old phone but couldn’t resist trading it in for $ 50 off the price on a lightly used upgraded phone in their store. David was exceptional in helping me get the best phone for the best value. He even went through with calling AT&T to unlock a phone for me while David offered to buy me lunch while I waited! I mean first class service here!!! I walked out an extremely happy costumer and will be back to see these guys with any repairs on any of my electronic devices. Can’t get better than David and Neil at Experimac! Visit them today!

Love this place. Literally I was in the parking lot, dropped my phone and shattered it. Looked up the closest place to fix it (on Unilocal) and walked it into the store. Within 30 minutes iPhone was good as new. They appear to be reasonable in price and will assist with answering any of your tech questions.

I had a great experience at this store. I went in when my phone screen cracked. Other Unilocal users led me to try it, and it did not disappoint. Phenomenal service, very quick, more affordable then the other shop I had gone to first.

My first generation Mac Pro died a few weeks back and I went to Experimac to purchase a refurbished 3^rd Gen Mac Pro that they had in stock. It was very important that I was able to get back to work right away. Neil was extremely helpful in making my transition to a newer machine, helping me to move some data onto the new drives, as well as installing the correct OS that I needed in order to install and use my software. Needless to say, i’ve been back to work after re-​installing my software and everything is running smoothly so far. Thanks Neil for being so helpful!

I purchased a pre owned MacBook Pro from the folks at Experimac. I had reservations at first about purchasing preowned electronics but they quickly put my mind at ease. They helped me to make the right selection for my needs, set everything up for me, transferred my data and made the whole process super easy. They really know what they are talking about and best of all I saved a lot of money compared to purchasing a brand new product from a larger Apple retailer. The computer works great and I have also been back to have my iPhone and iPad serviced. Really nice people providing efficient and professional service!

Sooo, this place does live up to the hype! I was reluctant at first on trying a cell phone repair place I’ve never heard about until recent, but thankfully, I decided to give it a try anyway. The employees are very knowledgeable on Apple products. Also, they are very pleasant to talk to. I took my iPhone in two days ago for a battery and screen repair. My phone works as good as new, and both repairs totaled up to $ 90– you can’t beat that!
I recommend this place to anyone who needs their apple products serviced!

Update 7÷27÷2015: I went into the store today to get some help with a password issue. The owner Neal came out and assisted me. He didn’t know the answer but he quickly got the answer and helped me. I was so excited that I hugged him. This establishment and the customer service exceeds my expectations and they have a dedicated customer until the end. If you need any assistance go here! Btw. I went here two weeks ago and purchased my first Macbook Pro. When I got there they were getting ready to close but the owner and the salesman there were so super nice that they let me on in and helped me make my purchase. The owner came out and put the tv on cartoons for my daughter. I will definitely go here for any other needs in the future and I have to go back because the salesman said he would transfer my files for me. Great experience and I am enjoying my purchase.

I have just recently purchased a powerful Macbook Pro to continue with my career in digital illustration! I was floored with my experience with Experimac. Very aggressive with answering all of my questions with real educated answers but not pushy with elaborate up sells. This is refreshing when compared to walking into stores where associates know nothing of the products they are selling!
