I brought in a bike I purchased off of eBay, they reassembled and tuned it for me and did a great job at a fair price. Very friendly staff.

Since I bought my Domane 6 at this store and have been periodically attending their group rides, I thought they might provide decent service when there was some cosmetic damage to the downtube of my frame. Unfortunately, the experience has left me disillusioned. I took my bike in on August 1^st, and they told me they would get me a quote within a few days. Since then, I’ve phoned them three times and been told that Greg would call me back. I’ve also gone in to the store and been told that Greg would call me back. It’s now August 21^st, and I’ve heard nothing from Greg. The fact that Greg was present and did not help me when I went in to the store only adds to my aggravation. Fortunately, I know a different Trek retailer in Roswell off of Holcomb Bridge that has always been very responsive and customer friendly. They got me a quote within a few days and took care of everything. They even informed me upfront of additional costs that the mechanic at Free Flite neglected to mention. I guess I’ll be taking my business to Cycle Works from now on.

A nice bike shop. Spoke to Michel and he helped me and answered all my questions. A nice selection of bikes and gear. I would go back there again.
