This place is AMAZING!!! Overlooks the pretty turquoise man-​made lake — a really enjoyable meal outside (also have seating inside). Mimo’s has lots of great options — my favorite is the veggie burger — I’ve had it now 3 days in a row. The owner is very personable and has really fresh ingredients. There is always a display of sides to choose from (Brussels sprouts, artichoke salad, Mediterranean pasta salad, Mac and cheese, etc). Definitely go here if you haven’t been. I definitely recommend it!

Mimo’s is in my office building. I eat something from here 4 – 5 days each week. Their breakfast is so yummy and their paninis are even better! If Claire has cupcakes, get one.
Taco Salad Tuesday is famous. There will likely be a line but it moves fairly quickly.
The breakfast cup with grits, cheese, egg, and bacon is my favorite. Get it!

Wonderful place for breakfast and lunch at work place.
I love the omelette and croissant sandwich for breakfast.
Have tried many sandwich for lunch. And never get disappointed. My favorite is corned beef Rueben sandwich and egg salad sandwich.
The side is great as well. I like the couscous most. Quinoa salad and potato salad are good, too.

Delicious grilled 5 cheese sandwich with tasty tomato basil soup. Mixed berry mimosas is out of this world. Sit at the bar — it’s fun!
