Actually the worst place ever. I have been here and been disappointed at least 50 times. I don’t know why I keep coming back here. Terrible service and takes forever. I am going to start driving 5 miles farther to get to a coffee shop so I don’t have to listen to these employees complain when I ask to get my order right. Also takes forever.

This Starbucks is really just the worst. Giving it an extra star just for location convenience and drive thru. The biggest issue is in their total lack of consistency, which is the one thing Starbucks boasts. Often my order is made with the wrong kind of milk or sweetener, or they just give me something I didn’t even order. They are always«out» of different blends, menu items, and kinds of sugar/artificial sweetener. I would guess the culprit is poor management. I hope this location can get its act together as it’s the only drive thru Starbucks in sandy springs.

If you want someone to mess up your order of a no-foam latte, go here. The drive through people are rude and condescending. I love Starbucks coffee but it’s not worth it when someone is going to be mean to you. Hopefully they’ll get their customer service figured out someday. Three times I’ve been there, it’s the same thing!

Being a consultant and a coffee drinker, I am a regular at Starbucks across the country. One of the«positives» of what Starbucks lauds is consistency across their stores. Well unfortunately, I think this store cuts corners. Today, I ordered a cup of coffee through the drivethru. The coffee was weak. I asked for half and half. The milk was 2% at best. I asked for classic. Maybe a pump. Normally, I would chalk it up to a newbie, but this is the third time it has happened. No more!

They should probably focus less on lecturing their customers about straws and focus more on getting their customer’s order correct. It’s disappointing when you take off and your order completely wrong(especially when the drink they gave you cost about $ 3LESS than the drink your ordered and paid for). Yeah, I know… First world problems.

I think the baristas are kind of snobby but then again it is buckhead… They’ve messed my drinks up frequently but I just call corporate and complain

My «home base» Starbucks; easily one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Always friendly and courteous staff, they’ve never messed up one of my orders. Great outdoor seating area and easily accessible Wi-Fi. The only drawback is parking; the lot is too small(and shared with a typically grumpy T-Mobile store). The main parking for the overall shopping center is a small hike. Last tip: get the Flat White — it’s smooth and delicious.

My favorite work spot! Close to my apartment and not too crowded. My only complaint would be the parking. It’s awful at times but if I can find a spot, I’m there 3 – 4 times a week working!

I remember when this Starbucks first opened. It’s been such a great store to visit. The staff is great — Lisa /Chelsea /Valerie /Chris /Matt and the rest or the crew! Parking is usually difficult during peak hours but what Starbucks isn’t? The store is clean, drinks are always on point! I’ll keep coming and look forward each time I go!

Really good drive thru. They are always so freaking nice and recommend good modifications to drinks!!! VANILLACHAILATTE is my staple. When I get twelve stars, I’ll splurge on a white chocolate mocha… venti please. PUMPKINSPICELATTE is what i usually get as soon as its in season. I got it iced this time as per the recommendation of the worker. However, when i got to the window, she told me next time, try the PUMPKINSPICECHAI. Wuuuuut? Totally on that.

This Starbucks has numerous things going for it: a) Location. Location. Location. Right off of 285/Roswell Road. Near a Target, Publix and several traffic lights for easy in/out. b) Outdoor seating + free WiFi. Isn’t that a groovy feature. For those days when you want an outdoor office or meeting space. c) Drive-thru. Simply decadent. But such fun. Need a caffeine fix but can’t muster the whatchamcallit to park and go into the coffee shop… then just drive up and order. Now, if only I could drive-thru while on a conference call… Hmmmm, the technology exists… just put that call on mute! d) Great menu. Friendly staff. Quick service. And a cheerful ‘have a nice day’ as you motor away.

I have never been a Starbucks kind of gal. Honestly, I’d prefer a nice hot cuppa joe from any Country Mom and Pop kitchen over any Mocha latte Frappachino. I ended up coming to this Starbucks to meet someone and decided that I would try to go ahead and get something off of the menu. I wanted to try their coffee but I had a taste for something sweet like strawberries. I don’t know how I came up with the combination of Strawberries and Cream & Coffee but some how Amanda(The Barista) was able to make it and boy did it taste fantastic! We shared a laugh as I told her to add Jasmine’s CafeBerry to the menu lol. It was odd to be in such a popular coffee shop and still be treated like family. I love this starbucks. I am now in the process of learning that all Baristas are not created equally lol.

I loved this location but the parking is less to be desired. I guess many of us like to hang out a bit longer than we should(including myself) and how gracious of Starbucks to let us stay. However, I come here and find myself immediately leaving more than I actually stay because I can’t find a spot. Today was the last day of this idiot cycle!

Terrible service. I hate this Starbucks, their customer service is terrible. Their employees lack respect, and do NOT get me started on the rude manager. They can not make a drink correctly. My frap was an icy with chocolate syrup. Honestly, do not come here because they can not do anything correct. If you really want Starbucks go to the target that is across the street because they will at least treat you right.

In case the Starbucks in Target wasn’t enough, an actual one had to open in the Prado. Despite like constantly being in the Prado I have only been here 3 or 4 times and for the most part it’s to redeem free drinks. The first time was a birthday one and it was shortly after they first opened. The employees were all the friendliest I’ve encountered in a Starbucks in awhile, but that’s probably because it wasn’t busy. Every time I’m here it’s really not busy. And if it is there’s a drive thru. It’s kind of a harrowing experience but as long as you’re not in a bus you’ll be okay. But this latest time I have to totally give props to the awesome barista. I was the recipient of a free cold drink, aka going to be the last sugary creamy drink I’m gonna drink for a long time, on my Starbucks card. The problem is that I have two identical cards registered to two separate email addresses. I of course brought the card from the wrong email address. Luckily the super nice barista decided to honor the coupon anyway SOYAY. This one closes at 9. That’s all I noticed. And that’s only because it was 8:30 and it was dead on a Friday. I was surprised nobody parked in the lot for Taco Mac, and also glad nobody did so because it’s a tight lot.

Stopped by before heading to work because I desperately needed a jump of caffeine after a LONG day at my internship. This place definitely lifted my spirits :] Anthony is awesome and very friendly! The drive thru is a plus since parking is quite limited.
