I had a television that was not repairable. I understand that not everything is, I’m ok with that. I was however disappointed in the customer service aspect of my experience. The«no hassle warranty» turned out to be a tremendous hassle. Multiple trips to and from the shop, transporting the TV each time + bad communication, unreturned phone calls & emails. I eventually did get my money back, but it took over a month, and felt like pulling teeth every step of the way. I am defiantly not a repeat customer.
