Big Daddy’s Pizza

I gave it 3 because they do make a decent pizza by slc south valley standards. Delivery always comes with a story and is always late (broken oven, short staffed, weather etc etc). But it’s better than the chains if you are willing to wait. I’ll keep trying.

Fast service. Stoned pizza man. My two favorite things. Big daddy’s is the kitty’s titties.

We love the food, but every time we order from here it takes hours to be delivered to our house. We always have to call in multiple times just to check in and make sure our pizza is still on the way. If you really want to try their food I would recommend actually going in because it isn’t worth the hours of waiting for delivery.

My best friend loves their pizza, finally gave it a try and now we love it too! Great flavor and my fave kind of bread sticks!

Some of the best pizza i’ve had! Had a very good experience, pizza has a great amount of cheese and sauce has a good kick to it!
Also had hot wings & they’re not fatty nor breaded like most! Overall really good experiences…

Worst place ever. Ordered at 1245 am at 245 am we still did not get a pizza. Called them several times and they gave us an attitude. This place is a joke. They say that they will deliver after midnight, it’s not true. They are just playing. I do not recommend, don’t order there.
We even called and they said driver will be there when he gets there. How rude, to tell us that after a 2 hour wait.
I can’t wait to meet up with managment of this joint for false advertisement.

If you’re looking for a quick bite, forget this place. Put in my order at 9pm, called at 10:30pm to find out where it was and they had not even started it. Told me it would take another 50 minutes to get my order to me. Manager actually lied to me about when the order was placed, saying it was 40 minutes later than the e-​mail confirmation I received. I get making an honest mistake, I cannot excuse lying about it to cover it up.
Edit to add: Manager called me to apologize, offered to send me a free pizza. Since it wouldn’t get here until 12:15 am (original order placed at 9pm), and I had already received delivery from a competitor, I turned him down.

This is my first experience with Big Daddy’s, and so far I’m totally unimpressed.
I tried calling to place an order today, but was on hold for over 5 minutes, so hung up and did an online order. This was at 2:15, and I received an email notification at 2:19 saying my order would be here at 3:03. No big deal, I thought. It takes a little longer because it’s better than one of those «30 minute or less» places, right?
I ordered a 14″ pizza and one 2 liter of Dr. Pepper (note: this soda was one of the options on the website). At 3:03 on the dot I got a call from them saying they do not carry Dr. Pepper, they only carry Pepsi products. I told him it was an option on their website, and he said he knows, but they don’t carry it. Whatever, no big deal — so I ordered something else.
Then he said my order would be here in 30 — 45 minutes. I told him that I’d placed my order more than half an hour ago, and he said they just got it at 2:50 and that it’s better to call in your order. I explained that I had tried to call, but nobody answered my call. He didn’t have much to say other than «It should be there soon.»
This is terrible customer service. Get it together, guys.

We love their pizzas. There service is fast and their very friendly. We live across the street of Pizza Daddy so it is also convenient. My favorite is the Hawaiian and my husband loves their combo.

Found my way back here just a couple of weeks ago. I was at Harmons and needed something quick for lots of hungry mouths back home. Are there better options out there? You betcha. But faster and more convenient? I dunno – I was in and out in less than 90 seconds again, this time with a pepperoni and an order of bread sticks. It was still less than $ 10 bones and everyone was happy.
Given more time I’ll take the other local options every time. But for a quick pickup, or delivery (these boys do late night) you really can’t complain too much about Big Daddy’s.

First time customer. Thought I’d try it out for my husband’s birthday party. Had a buy one get one free coupon. Ordered two XLs online at 5:30 p.m. for ASAP pickup (30 minutes). Took off a little late and got there between 6:20 and 6:25. They hadn’t seen my order yet. Had to wait until 6:45 until they were done. They gave me a free 2-​liter and brought the pizza to my car. It tasted decent. I might try them again if I get a good deal like this one.

Great value. Don’t expect gourmet. It is what it is. I give it 4 stars because it is top of its class in an obscure college-​campus cheap pizza category.

Bad Bad experience!!! We were staying in a hotel and ordered pizza spent a lot of money and they forgot the ribs, plates and napkins. So then when I called and talked to the manager Steve, he didn’t even care or was sorry that I would have to wait another 1 hour for the ribs to be delivered. But not even an hour, the didn’t even send new ribs out to us. He didn’t even offer to give them to me free. He was a real jerk, (that’s giving him a nice name). There were hardly any toppings on the pizza. It was bad!!! Don’t even waste your time there. Little Caesar’s is much better than this place!!!

Went in for the «ready pizzas» but they were not ready so thumbs down. I was told they were in a transition from lunch to dinner which leads me to believe the pizzas are not ready to go when you walk in. Pizza is OK, if your sick of Little Ceasars go here, if not, dont waste your time.

Bid Daddy Pizza has several specialty pizza from a 12 inch to up to a 26 Inch. They also have those grab and go type of pizza that everyone seems to have these days. The Cheese to go pizza is $ 5 and go up to $ 7.77 for their combo or chicken pizza. They also have ribs and wings I did not try those. They specialty pizza pizza start at $ 12 and go up from there. They have several different sauces and topping to customize your pizza not standard to other places. For example they have a garlic, and Alfredo sauce. For topping they have artichoke, spinach, and broccoli.
I had the combo pizza and another two topping pizza. Each pizza looked good. A good amount of toppings on each pizza. They tasted good but I think the sauce was a little weak. The pizza warm up great the next day for lunch.
As for service, the person who helped me was confused with question I asked him. I not sure if he was new or something else was going on. I would ask what comes on the combo and he did not know.
I say it worth trying at least once.
