UFC GYM Sandy

My boyfriend doesn’t participate in any kind of social media. But he was so impressed by this gym that he wanted me to post a review. Roger was the coach for the class and was great! We are visiting from San Diego and my boyfriend will definitely be back to workout at this ufc gym.

The quality of the instructions is great the staff is very friendly and will help you target a great goal. For a well rounded instruction course as well as having some one push you to your limit every time you come in is awesome. You could probably find cheaper gyms but you get what you pay for. And having someone make sure you put in your best every time you walk through the door is awesome. When I first joined I was skeptical but the facility is constantly improving and the crew is there to help better you. Roger is very impressive, I talked to him about what I should eat and he gave me tips to improve my diet. As well as be a friend when I was pretty timid about working out. He also helped me when I was out of contract and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I think the UFC gym has top tier teachers and as well a great community, I met a lot of good people there. My hats off to the team and I hop everyone has the experience that I did. I never left without breaking a sweat and feeling better then when I came in.

UFC gym Sandy is such a great place to go. With people like Roger that take a personal interest in you and treat you like you matter helped keep me motivated. Every time I went they pushed me farther than I thought I could possibly go. I was able to achieve many of my fitness goals and learn new fighting skills. I would recommend this to any one who is looking for a fun way to get fit. It’s way better than the treadmill.

If you’re looking to get away from the average gym experience then check out UFC Sandy. They offer a plethora of classes to choose from that cover a pretty good variety of styles. After you get going you really start to feel motivated to focus and push yourself. Make sure you talk to Roger Alexander though when looking into it. He’s honest and knows his stuff. His classes are fun but make you earn it. Always see a mix of all types of skill levels in the classes so don’t worry. Also check out Brad McRae. These two guys are the best there and I wouldn’t waste my time with anyone else. Get results but have a good time. Learning proper technique and how to fight mixed with a fun cardio work out is what drew me to this gym.
