Without a doubt, the best customer service out there. I stopped by to fix a flat and they were able to fix it with no cost. I also stopped by to have the tubeless tires on my snowblower fixed and they spent the time also with no cost. And as they made these repairs, they never seemed annoyed or inconvenienced. I appreciated that. When I’m in the market for new tires, I will go here.

I love Burt Brothers! They are all professional, personable and will go out of their way to satisfy their customers. The Sandy location is awesome and very friendly especially Terry, Kelly, Seth, the shop staff is fantastic as well, always willing to give me a ride anytime needed. Burt Brothers is the only place I chose to take my cars for any repairs because their honest and they don’t fleece their customers like most automotive shops do.

We drove from St. Louis to Seattle. And our tire was broken in the halfway. We went to the store and the man quickly checked the tire, clean tire, and change the tire for us! And when we asked the price, they said it is free! We were surprised and appreciated their help! They are all nice men!!!

Not a fan. Not only are they over priced on tires compared to everyone else in the area, but they will try to up-​sell you on a bunch services whether you need them or not. They’ll tell you your service will take 30 minutes and you’ll still be there two hours later. And if you are like me, you may have to come back in multiple times for the same issue because won’t be fixed the first time even though they tell you it is. I will not be going here again.

I went here yesterday to have them patch a flat, I ran over a screw that was dead center in my tiers tread. They said that the screw was too close to my sidewall and they would have to replace the tier. They said they would have to order it and shave down the tier so that it would match. I thankfully walked away because it sounded like crap to me and I drove to Firestone. Firestone confirmed that Burt Brothers was full of crap, and that not only could they easily able to patch my existing tier, but shaving down a tier as Burt Brothers recommended is not good practice. Burt Brothers lacks honesty, integrity, and customer service skills and I will no longer patronize any Burt Brothers.

I woke up this Wednesday morning to a big fat flat tire on my back right side. BARF! I bought my tires at Burt Brothers so I knew if I could get the car there, they would fix it for free (LOVE THAT!) I coasted down to the local Texaco, filled the tire and headed to Burt Brothers. I was supposed to be to work by 8a, I showed up at their shop at 8:03a and their stations were full but I told them that I had to get to work so the gentleman at the desk told the young man to just fix it for me really quick so he did and I got into work by 8:25a! I love these guys! They are super honest and trustworthy and always try to give you the best deal and service. Thanks guys!

If you are looking for tires or wheels, this would have been a great place to go to 5 years ago. Since then they have lost their competitive drive and get out priced everyday of the week. Nicely remodeled waiting room to pay for.
As far as other car services like oil changes, brakes, etc, if you like it when a mechanic shop breaks something like an oil plug (huh?) and then blames it on you and wants to charge you $ 650 to fix it, this may be a good spot to check out.

I had gone in to get my brakes checked as they were squeaking pretty bad. They told me they did not recommend me driving around and offered to keep it over the weekend to check and see what else was wrong with it. In the end they said that the cost was $ 631.85 total.
Once I got the call that my car was finished and there were no further issues with it, I decided it would be best to take it to my boyfriend’s mechanic as I don’t have $ 600+ to spend, so I needed another opinion.
Just found out there is NOTHING wrong with my breaks, they are dirty and rusted and it cost me $ 40 bucks to get them working perfectly again.
The thought that someone would blatantly lie to my face is just baffling. These guys are in it to make money, not customers. They will straight up STEAL from your wallet.

Very curtious and professional. We only take our cars to these guys. They never overcharge or try to add on extra charges. They are very good at explaining everything and they work quickly with smiles on their faces. Only take your vechiles to this place you won’t go back to your old one.
