Elite Car Audio

My boyfriend took my new car here (he has been working with Erich for years) to get heated seats installed for an early christmas present, and these guys are awesome! My car was done the same day, and the seats are AMAZING! Highly recommend these guys!

I have been dealing with Elite Car Audio and Erich for years. There is a reason he has a wait list!
Im not sure what Courtney is talking about, or why she felt compelled to write a crappy review after almost 3 years. Erich has always been very honest with all of his customers. It is obvious that she is confused about what she spent money on. I would suggest she reference her receipt, she might just be surprised at the actual cost of the stereo swap and cable. It is hard for me to believe that she would spend money, have it break in 6 months, not go back to have it fixed, be so distrait about it that nothing is done about it for 2 more years.
All of it could have been taken care of with a simple phone call to the shop, Erich always goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy with their purchases.
I would say, go with all the other reviews on here and forget what Courtney has to say. I would never hesitate to do business with Elite Car Audio or Erich.

I asked Elite Car Audio to change out my stock stereo to anther one I had. He said he could do it and it would be done in 10 min. While I was waiting he came and told me there was no audio in to the new stereo. He said he could add one for an extra $ 80 bucks. I told him to do it cause that was the main point to changing the stereo out. After everything was done it worked for about 6 months then the cable for the iPod/​phone audio stopped working. Now it been 2 years and I asked my husband to take apart the dash to see what was wrong and try fixing it. We found out there was an audio in option on the stereo the whole time but the guy that owns elite car audio decided to lie to me and create a new one with sketchy cable wires in my dash. We bought a audio in cable for 10 bucks plugged it in and it works great now. The guy scammed a young 18 year old girl. Don’t go here.

Erich installed my rv stereo and back up camera and did a first rate job. He also installed a power converter directly from the battery bank and it looked like a perfect factory install in the wood panel. He also stands behind his work 100%.
