This place is terrible. It not only looks old and decrepit, there isn’t anything of substance to purchase or do for kids. There are old rotting veggies and fruits all over, an embarrassing play area and pumpkin patch and lame store. I’m from the east coast where farms in the fall go all out with apple picking, corn mazes, pumpkin patches, hay play and more. So disappointing — not worth it to come here at all.

This place is a wonderful find! They grow organic, non-sprayed peaches, apples, pears, red potatoes, peppers, onions and other produce. They are one of the only places in the state where you can get unpasteurized freshly made, organic apple cider. The produce prices are very reasonable and we love the fact that this delicious produce is organic. Would highly recommend!

Getting up pick your own apples filled my head worth thoughts of getting apples from the tree. I wasn’t thinking I would be picking them from a basket much like a grocery store, and the pumpkin patch was filled with squishy pumpkins. Did manage to find a few though. I did like being able too get cider that wasn’t pasturized.

This is an amazing little hidden gem right in the middle of Draper! I love all the produce and the apple cider. The owners are amazing and this really is a family spot! I love to get my canning fruits and veggies here and love to just come out and pick up a few things! This is a great little place, but if you find you never end up going… that’s ok more for me!!!

Sipping apple cider takes me back to when mom and dad used to toss us in the Chevy wagon(2-tone turquoise and white) and drive us over the Santa Cruz mountains to Capitola Beach. The must-stop once we got to Watsonville was a fruit stand that served cherry apple cider, by the cup. oh Heaven, oh Joy. On a golden fall afternoon, or even a snowy winter day, do you ever get the craving for the tart, one of a kind sweet taste of real apple cider? Well, search no more, you Utah apple-holics. I gotcha covered. Farnsworth Farms is your place. I discovered this one day traversing the vast reaches of Sandy, driving little blue Herschel to yet another biz visit. Used to be that Sandy was considered so far away from SLC, all farms and orchards. Well, go check this place before the land gets sold and it turns into more condos or townhomes(please no!). APPLE trees dripping with fruit, Check. BIG barn, Check. Big ol sign advertising«apples» and«apple cider», CHECK. Oh yeah baby. Drive up the short pathway and park, you’ll see fruit and veg out front, go into the modest, one-room store for a modest assortment of Lehi Roller Mills mixes, tasty cracker spreads, pretty apples, pinenuts, and pepper jellies. There’s samples to taste and as winter approaches, they may have the wassail out for sampling. But wait, what’s that in the cooler… only what you’ve driven there for… CIDER!!! Gimme that amber elixir. oh tasty liquid of golden apples. I can’t get enough. I sit here now, sipping a chilly glass of cloudy sweet apple nectar. Go to Farnsworth Farms and getcha some Joy. Then toast the glorious sun and the gracious apple tree for the sweet gift of CIDER.
