We went here with our newborn daughter, after being recommended when we had the baby. The receptionist here was awful. Just the worst. She was rude, loud, unprofessional, condescending. After she finally figured out what she was doing and listened to us, we went in to see the doctor. While waiting for the doctor my wife and I were discussing how we won’t be coming back here again, because it was just that bad. The doctor came in and he was amazing! Attentive, focused, helpful, knowledgeable, and sincerely concerned about our child while being patient to all of our new-​parent inquiries.
I recommend the doctor very highly, but getting to him is the issue.

We are from out of town and needed to take our little girl to see a Dr fast. A number of Dr offices don’t like this type of customer as we are not going to be a long term client and their is risk if they get something wrong. Everything about the office, the staff and the process were amazing! If I were local, there would be no question where I would go for pediatric doctor.

After going to this pediatric for many years, they never caused me any problems. We choose them at first mostly for logistic reasons. They are part of the IHC network, which saved a lot of hassle in pulling existing info whenever we visited another IHC facility.
The doctors there had been very helpful providing cares for my kids on the regular runs as well as the irregular visits. They had brought in new doctors every now and then, so do your own background checks online.
They have a 24⁄7 phone service which was helpful providing a remote assessment before we decided to bring the kids in. I never had to use their afterhours service thankfully, but I am glad it is available in case we need it.

Best pediatricians office I have been to in a long time. All the doctors are great, but Dr. Gustin takes the cake. She will always answer your calls/​messages, squeeze you in if needed, and remembers your kids names and histories. They have afterhours care (5−10pm and weekends, appts and walk in) that is very very helpful when your kids are sick and just don’t need to go to ER or adult instacare. I would recommend them to anyone with kids in the Sandy area!
