Clean salon, efficient staff. If you don’t have an appointment they will say ok but then you wait.

Okay, I am with Hollis W. I have tried and tried to give them my business and there is only 1 lady there that is actually friendly and accommodating! Last time she wasn’t there… I should have turned around. The other lady that helped me was SO rude! All I wanted was a brow wax. She took me back and got the process going then… She asks«you tweeze your brow?» I said«not really. I have before but I don’t tweeze» She says«what you mean, you have but you don’t?» really snotty I said«I mean that I have tweezed by brows in the past but I do not tweeze them now» She says(sarcastically) «Ohhhhh…» Then I get up front to pay… the charge is fair at $ 10. I tell her I only have debit which it clearly says that they take it and I know plenty of people who do not carry cash for many reasons. She says«next time bring cash» I said«okkkaaayyy» She says«It work better for us» What the heck?! I wanted to say«well, debit works better for me» WE will not be back! This was the last straw for us. Other times they have totally butchered my daughters nails and tried to tell her she should like them. There is such a language barrier in there that you have to bring a photo of what you want. One time my daughter wanted rhinestones and they said they didn’t have them and they used SILVERGLITTERPOLISH! My daughter got rhinestones there before and had them take the glitter off. Stop trying to talk people into what YOU want them to have!!! And stop trying to take the lazy way out.

OK, I tried and tried to give them my business… I like to «Shop Local» and they are in the heart of downtown Sandy… alas — never a good experience. They have a constant turnover of staff(management?), they have poor hygiene in the waxing department, they seem totally bored and uninterested in the patrons, talking amongst themselves in Vietnamese, have the TV on loud, on really bad shows… need I go on? Sorry, but try another local nail shop — this one has proven to be a disappointment. I have given them their last chance.
