Dazzle Nails

Hopefully they shutdown soon! I have given them 10 chances. Just to see if it was off day etc. They are very insulting like other reviews have said. She asked who did my nails last basically they were done wrong and I told her the guy there. She shut her mouth. So basically she insulted her own coworker. I needed an acrylic fill and usually do shellac over it. I told her I did not have a lot of time. So I said just do the fill I have my own gel kit. She said you come back later we will paint them. Told her I don’t have time. Really I only went there cause they are the closest and I needed a fill. They charged me the price I would have paid for a shellac color and not a regular color even though they did NO COLOR AT ALL! I also wanted to buy the nail color they had and they said they could not sell it. So I asked if I could have the name of it and she said she did not know. Really? So how do you order it then? I have on other occasions have seen them treat customers condescending etc. there is also an older lady there that they have still doing nails and one time I and another customer left with cuts all over cause she cut skin not nails and found out later she can’t see well! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I went in for a gel manicure which in my opinion was very over priced, $ 28 not including tip. The guy that did my nails was nice but talked on the phone (his personal phone) almost the entire time. I asked for a different color on my ring finger and he was so distracted with his phone call he painted my ring finger the wrong color and I had to remind him that I asked for a different color, he didn’t apologize, just wiped it off and continued his phone call. When he was giving me my «hand massage» he was bickering with a friend/​family member of his who was hanging out behind his station, speaking a different language paying no attention to me as a customer and totally neglecting me to make conversation at some points. As he rubbed the lotion into my hand my pinky stung really bad and when I looked, the tip of my pinky was bleeding. I don’t know if it was from the filing or the clipping, but he made me bleed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, and I will not be going back here again.

I have been going to Dazzle Nails for over 6 years. My sister has been seeing Anna for over 16. I ALWAYS get compliments on how beautiful my nails are. I have never had a problem with service nor breakage since I have been seeing her.
I believe that unfortunately people in today’s world look for reasons to pick others apart. The reviews on here are truly sad. This woman goes above and beyond for her clients as well as supports her family via this business. It is truly sad that we live in a world where people will look for ways to attack businesses to make themselves feel better. Her licenses are posted and she is and always has been up to code. I have been to other facilities and developed problems with my nails. Anna made sure the health of my nails are always cared for. I hope by posting this anyone reading the other posts will understand that a business can’t make everyone happy. Especially a business such as dealing with women who may be on their period and simply looking for a reason to complain instead of be grateful. It’s just very sad the general public doesn’t find ways to say thank you anymore. We would rather complain. I won’t have anyone else touch my nails but Anna. I hope you find this review helpful.

I had an unpleasant experience there. I was 8 min late due to hailstorm that blew thru and driving was slow. I was told your late! And why are you. Then as we started I was thinking about other things not talking to Anna and was told I was boring and she proceeded to prop up her phone to watch a show while she did my nails. Then at the end told me she was glad to be done with me. I am glad to be done with her never going back!

Terrible service! Anna is never friendly. She thinks she is really funny, but she is actually being flat out rude to her customers. I went to pay with my debit card once, and HER terminal was not working so instead of staying calm, she told me to write her check after I explained to her that it’s 2014 and I don’t carry checks. She decided to say you work at a bank and you don’t carry checks?! What does that have anything to do with… I have watched her tell a customer that they were late for their appointment so she skipped over them, and wouldn’t take them at all for that night. They are always rushed to get people out of there. I went in there recently with a friend who was getting her nails done. I was looking over some shellac colors and I looked up and said Anna is there someone here that could do my nails. She said to me «I could tell you wanted something» I told her yeah I do. I am a customer. She said not really. Which I am, I don’t know her other then from the salon. My most recent situation, I got a manicure just last week and you can see on my nail under the polish there is a nasty hair in it. They always do an AMAZING job on my brows and its only $ 15 for brow and lip wax! Great deal! But I wasn’t too happy with the pedicure I got. Some of my nails weren’t filed straight. Probably won’t go back for a pedi, but will continue to get waxings there.

I went to get a set of nails put on, granted I was the last walk-​in of the night, but it was obvious they were not happy about it. Joseph threw on the fastest set of nails in history, along with some flesh he took and a lot of attitude when I pulled away cause he was hurting me. I am not a baby usually, but my finger nails hurt even the next day. I asked him to shorten all of my nails more and he only did one hand and very uneven. I went home and shortened/​evened them myself. Also is there normally an up charge for white tips? Thought those were standard, but it’s been years since I last had nails. I will never go back. Hope this review saves someone else’s fingers!

I’ve always been happy with the mani and pedis at Dazzle Nails. I always call beforehand to get on their schedule and am always helped right away. They always do what they can to get me in on short notice.
I would rather go here — save time, gas, and money rather than blow big bucks at a fancier salon that will do the exact same service.
Great prices for nails that last. I’m a fan!
