Agree with the review that said staff are uneducated. The optometrist was great, but the rest of the people in the office seemed poorly prepared for working in an optometrist office. They did, however, seem very concerned with selling me whatever they could sell. I get that an optometry front office involves some sales, but the prices and inflexibility at Target Optical were pretty surprising. $ 200 is pretty steep just to put basic lenses into frames we brought in from home.
You’ll do better and spend about the same amount of money if you find a higher-end optometry specialty boutique.

Travis and his team are the best! When my Optometrist couldn’t get my frames right after numerous attempts, I went to Target and met Travis. He is so awesome! He got my Ray-Ban frames in just a few days! They looked amazing and the lens prescription was right on. He even helped me again a few months later after my lenses were ruined by the summer heat. I cannot say enough good things about Travis and his staff. I will recommend him to everyone I know! Go see Travis, you will not be disappointed!
