This place is a lot less refined than other Habitat Restore locations like the one in Southern Pines/Aberdeen. BUT, they have some great finds. Of course, with any thrift shop, you have to keep in mind their selection turns over and you might not find something one day, but then find some awesome things the next. The biggest news here is that they opened a new wing(which isn’t climate controlled {i.e., covered, but vulnerable to the elements such as wind and cold}). I’d definitely stop here 2 or 3 times a month just to find some awesomeness.

Great place to buy furniture and supplies for diy projects on the cheap. You will have to pick through a dark, damp, musty warehouse to find your pre-restoration treasure. But if you can endure the conditions you’ll be rewarded with unique items at stupid low prices. That is a trade-off I can appreciate. The only ding on this place – there are some professional pickers around who snap up much of the best stuff as soon as it rolls off the truck. I wish the managers would find a way to discourage this.

A good place where to find odds and ends if you like to upcycle furniture, lamps, and small items. I found great deals here on fabrics $ 2, old louver doors from a closet($ 10 each) which i turned into a room divider, vintage plates($ 2) same stuff that you buy at antique malls for like $ 20! LOL. This place is not very clean or organized. I mean everything has its place but it is crammed and in a somewhat dirty warehouse, but if you are willing to overlook that, the prices are super good. They have tons of selection in materials, like doors, windows, parts for plumbing, light fixtures and so much more(even old sinks and potties outside). A trip here never left me leaving empty handed.
